Hello my people, please I need help on how to sell my Dad's shares in Zenith and Access.

I stumbled across his shares certificate. I remember some time he told me about them before his demise.

Please who has been in my shoes and how do I go about it.

Like how long does it take.

Is it something I can get done in 2-3 months?
How do I calculate how much each certificate worth?

If your dad is deceased, visit a reputable stockbroker(not analogue stockbroker) and they will give you the long list of requirements and direct you on what to do.
Even if you have all the required documents it will most likely take you more than three months.

I have not received the zenith dividends even though i have resubmitted the E-dividend mandate form and transfer form and emailed 3 of veritas registrars email address regarding this problem yet i got not reply.
Seems they are the one of the worst registrar i have ever encountered yet.

Ask for your money back, why will you give/deposit money into a bank account that has not been opened first for you.
Do not make that mistake ever again.
You can open a stanbic ibtc bank account completely online and then proceed to collect your atm card at any branch of your choice.

It seems that UNION BANK(UBN) will not pay dividends for the year 2021.
I just read their Notice of Annual General Meetings in which it is mentioned that the AGM will occur in Monday 24th October 2021 and there was no mention or bullet point of dividends to be approved by shareholders.

Usually once I send mail to any registrar twice without any response, I copy sec@sec.gov.ng and I get fast response.

This has never worked for me the numerous times i tried it, although i don't have any problem with a registrar as of now.
