Asides the negative review, Jumia is not a place to get accurate specs of aby device, be it Gen, phones, tvs, etc. Many sellers just literally copy and paste specs.
See the screenshot below, same Jumia.
Modifed: Such review is one reason its not advised to buy generators online, its possible he got a fake.

I just jejely go buy the Tech Hustler 4.1kva today at about 296k today at Tech Show room. The Gen is little bit scarce

Gptech:
I dont trust this site though.

same rating in jumia and negative review.

Gptech:
Nothing hard dem ooo. That's what we get in a country without standards! It's very possible this and other generator models have fake ratings. This also applies to other brands not just Sumec. Since Nigerian officials like being bribed, expect the worst from cunning manufacturers.
Note that this particular gen and some others are only found in Sumec's Nigerian site and not on the international site.

am sure is true.

Gptech:
Have been seeing it around, should be good as other Sumec Firman we know of . Not sure of current price but should be heading towards 400k now. It's ratings are 4.5kva running power, 5.625 kva surge power.

heard the rating of this Gen 3.5kva. that the write up is just there

Gptech:
Na Tec 4800Es u fit see for this price range. Firman AC6000 should be more than that.

Gptech:
