Like have been previously said there is no appeal process for temporary resident visa application, refire is the word. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=422&t=16 best case scenario is for you to seek judicial review of your case through the federal high court of Canada (usually for those in canny already). http://www.globalvisas.com/canada_immigration/canada_visa_appeal.html

The best you can get from immigration lawyers is for them to review your app and advice you on how to go about reapplying then writing a letter to be submitted with ur app addressed to CIC stating bla bla bla on how you've covered all the necessary loopholes and the visa officer having no right to deny you based on some set of rules in the immigration and refugee act. Spending $3k for this isn't a small feat. Refire is the word bro.

Well, once a case is closed...#kosoro. Getting an immigration lawyer still boils down to refiring cuz you are still reapplying. Bruv, refire and claim what belongs to you. Peace!

Seriously, applicants can appeal if they re denied visa. Most people don't do it tho,they choose to reapply

Good people in the House, abeg I need your opinion. I want to apply with my two other siblings for a PG program, different course same resumption date, same sponsor and same school. My question is that since we are siblings can we apply together? our sponsor's SOA has a balance of N25m. will this be ok?

You can reapply immediately, i reapplied 2 days after my 1st delay and i have gone for my medicals. No time to waste if you want to make winter. As Siga said, it is packaging

opsynusy: lol...just keep it simple...the more the documents,the more they question your application..you will get it this time,just do the right thing and refire your prayers,ask God for unmerited favour and Grace,commit the visa officer that will handle your documents into God's hands,he/she should be in a good mood and right frame of mind,he/she should be interested in your app and he/she should av a positive mind all the way...thats what you need now,its really not by "over right" do the relevant things and let God do the rest

opsynusy: nah there's a separate family info form...where it states you list the names of all your siblings,their occupation and where they work,their date of birth,their current city of residence...the form is strictly for your family information,its not the app form

double08: The app form reflects ur educational degree,why did u still have to include ur certificates? My opinion tho

double08: For hometies. If u have siblings,add their copies of any govt issued ID and ur parents too. Include the landed props too. It won't hurt anyone.

I applied 24th sept via paper route. This is my 2nd application. May God help me amen.

MrArams: Bosses in the house have all answered. Anything u have to prove the business exist (receipts, pictures, bank transactions etc). Then try to also prove the source of fund of your sponsor as well as drafting a companssionate letter of sponsorship as to why he's willing to sponsor you.

your SOA is fyn no probs about that and u don't av any issue with your sponsor. if ur family av landed properties that will be fine remember what the VO is really looking for is ur ability to come back after your programme , also u can include ur CV, employment letter, payslip e.t.c., pls NOTE u can meet like minds boss for them to write letter of reference address to the duty high commission, finally try to sync ur job specs with ur SOP.
