I have this girl I am currently dating. We are about 3months into the relationship and she comes up to me yesterday telling me she wants to go out with her friend that I don't know(guy) to a party that wld end by midnight.
She just mentioned it like it wasn't a big deal and her only problem was getting her parents consent. Like I was cool with it.

growing up we were not taught to say thank you after a meal.
But I noticed our family friends especially those from the eastern part of Nigeria say 'thank you mummy 'thank u daddy ' after eating, so as visitors I thank my host,
we still don't practice that in our family .

I rmb visiting frnds when I was younger and see them say thank you after meals, I got home and tried it the first time and my parents wia looking at me like what is wrong with dis one. Eventually one day my dad told me to stop he cldnt understand why I would thank him after every meal. He said something like will I come and thank him in the office if I ate and he was not around.

some of the advance symptoms or clinical manifestations of depression is suicidal thoughts it has nothing to do with the person rather its the clinical manifestation of the disease combined with other factors
Google the drug tegretol (carbamazepine) one of the side effects of that drug is suicidal thoughts. so u urself that is condemning can develop suicidal thoughts if u are on this drug ( likely not certain) and mind u the drug is a therapeutic drug.
though its not all suicidal thoughts are clinical some are social but don't be quick to condemmn

Maybe I don't get it. People should seek medical help. Nobody knows you as much as you. This things don't just bump over night. I feel if more people open up to medical help suicide rate wld reduce.
