There was never any agreement between Russia and NATO.

Meanwhile, Russia signed a verified agreement (Budapest memorandom) never to invade
Ukraine and promised to defend Ukraine if attacked.
We can see the results today.

Is alright, no need to join issues here, but NATO failed, you can't expect Russia not to display disobedience

For me Tinubu lacks leadership skills, a true leader must see his children grow and develop on their own.

There is no way I would not blame NATO, an agreement was reached stopping further NATO expansion but NATO is going against the rules, that is why am Supporting Russia not that am happy for War.
