Assuming he has any one of those things, then yes. In the US, if you haven't been to jail, your prints are not in the system.

Fingerprints only work if the guy had his prints taken before for another crime. Otherwise, what are the authorities going to do with it?

Face recognition software? You're watching too many Hollywood movies. With a footage like the one above, this guy would escape even in the US today. Most criminals are captured as a result of tips from the public, not technology. People usually call and report a similar looking person and then the police investigates. That's how it works here.

For 6000 years people used live animals for transportation and communication required physical presence. Over the last 150, we've accounted for more advancements than the entire preceding period of recorded human history.

100 years after Voltaire died, humans still used the telegraph for communication. We have since made contact with the surface of the moon. There is a top off point for technological power and your idea of God will disappear way before it arrives. I'm talking 1000 years max, but I'm a generous person.

No. I'm simply performing investigations that my beloved science has been driven to ignore by their very stance on materialism.

Scientific institutions have agreed, a priori, that the materialist world is all there is. Every single experiment proceeds from that frame of reference. How is that position even remotely scientific on any level? Science must at least entertain the idea that there are parallel universes and be WILLING to scrutinize those claims using the scientific method. They have the money, and the brains, to design experiments that could test these claims using the ordinary scientific method. I'm not talking about the random n)igga with diabetes who gets healed at SCOAN, or the healthy dude in the wheelchair who starts to walk on Immanuel Tv. I'm talking about the possibility of humans establishing contact with a parallel universe.

The problem is, entheogens have ALREADY been classified as controlled substances/narcotics/hallucinogens. No one dares to enter that realm publicly, even notable skeptics like James Randi from the Randi foundation has refused to have any participant ingest entheogens during an experiment because they are controlled substances/narcotics. He won't even try them himself.

Religion is dogmatism personified. Science, prompted by monetary interests, is closely following suit. It is driven by money now. I'll leave you with a Dawkins quote for good measure:
