This is great! Don't stop interacting with her on this. It is very rare to see children who can recall their past lives with such vividness. If you can, write it down because she will begin to forget when she gets to the age of six. Make you questions open-ended like "what were you when you were big?" Try to get names of places and people. Ask her if she knew you before. You can contact Dr. Jim B. Tucker at the Division of Perceptual Studies, School of Medicine, University of Virginia. The school is running deep research in the area of children who report memories of previous lives. 5 Likes 1 Share |

This post was made just to excite the masturbatory fancy of Igbo haters. It's a made-up story. Notice how his mother is hated by Igbo all around. Notice how he didn't say anything about the girl, just that she's Igbo? Like other wise people here have said, leave the Igbo damsel alone. Go find someone else your mother will be fine with as daughter-in-law. Ndeewo! 1 Like |

This is the much your brain power can compute. Tinubu lost in his native Osun state and nobody is haranguing Osun people about it or calling them traitors. Everyday, it's Igbo this or Igbo that. You claim to have won yet you and your ilk can't joy in your purported victory. 2 Likes |

What I am getting from Evra is that hardwork is overrated. Ronaldo works harder is not a very sound argument. Messi has the awards to show that he brings what the game needs to the field. He led Argentina to two World Cup finals - lost one, won one. That's glory, that's history. 2 Likes |

What you are experiencing is a sense of loss and you feel powerless to deal with it. Alcohol may be helping now because it lightens your mood. But long term, it could pose a different problem in your health and general well-being. I don't indulge in it myself so I won't offer you any advice from that standpoint. The fact you have identified the budding experience as a problem means that you also understand that it is not a solution. I think you should have a conversation with your wife. Let her know what you are going through. Don't discuss it in bed. Sit down and talk. Remind her to try to avoid judgement. Also, speak with a priest. Not necessarily your pastor. Be sure the person gives you attention. If he doesn't or starts preaching to you, get up and leave. You can try to sing HU. Check out hearhu.org. Finally, don't judge yourself harshly. You are a spiritual being going through human experience. 1 Like |

This your bash Igbo nonsense has become too much. Every slowpoke comes here to comment every nonsense that enters their very stupid or foolish brain. It is an election. Everybody with a PVC has a right to choose their candidate. Just know this your quote cost Sanwo-Olu 11 votes. I am I Igbo and managed to convince my family to vote Sanwo-Olu but since you feel that threats is the way to go, my family and I will vote Gbadebo. On Sunday, I will also make the case for Gbadebo. You have made a threat, let's see you carry it out. Mrnairalandd: |

You can express your opinion without being insolent. Please explain what the Labour and PDP alliance would have looked like. This is not a parliamentary system. What you forget is that APC couldn't rig in Tinubu into the presidency without rigging in Senators and representatives. What happened here is a good thing. With Obi's help voters retired some ex-govs and soon to be ex-govs who wanted to turn the Senate into old people's homes. Now Abia, for instance, has young reps and a Senator who didn't come from money but was just recently on of the hoi polloi. What needs to happen is that PDP should merge with Labour and rename the party building it around Obi's fame in readiness for 2027. An alliance Blazebond: |

We began to cut down during the first recession. We began to make our own bread using poor and sand. We learned from YouTube. We also make sweet potato pancakes and doughnuts for breakfast. Yam is out. We make our own akamu - mixture of koro, corn and millet. Ground to dust. We don't filter. We make moi moi. Whole family is allergic to milk so that was out a long time. We buy cocoa powder and sugar from bakers. I shop for newly released soaps from major shops. Those are cheaper. 5 Likes |

vetrovialMan: No, it's not. It depends on your level of discipline. Sometimes some women want to entrap you with sex. I had a girlfriend who tried to force me to make a particular change that I wasn't inclined to. I refused. One day I came into town and spent the weekend at her place. She brought up the subject, I told he no change in my decision. She said to sex unless I acquiesced. I ignored her. All weekend se walked naked with the apartment, slept naked beside me, I ignored her. There are other instances where girls tried to bargain with sex. They met a brick wall. 60 Likes 7 Shares |

chocboi78: Yeah. Just because you can't do something doesn't mean someone else can't do it. The key to it is recovery. Some guys are really fit (like me) and have very short recovery time. Some guys don't recover until days after having sex. For some, the culprit is laziness, some don't try at all and some don't know the act of love making. I lived in a school hostel in university and saw youth in their prime who couldn't hold up their side when they're with a girl. In my work, I still see dozens of women every week who come in with complaints that they are not been satisfied by their husbands. And oh, there are 24 hours in a day and a lot can happen in that time. |

I will say it, you are just lazy. Too much sex is not making you too tired to work out. Working out, even an early morning, should help you build strength, which in turn helps you to have as much sex as you want. I do Insanity Asylum workout daily and have regular sex because of the testosterone buildup from the workout. Years ago, I had sex with 7 girls in one day. Yes, I was wiped out, yet I still went for my regular morning run and still came back for a morning knosh with the one who slept over. You need to improve your workout. Do more cardio. 11 Likes |

Interesting how those bashing Peter Obi here only comment on politics posts with Peter Obi in the heading. 2 Likes |

Don't say you can't stop taking it. You may never know what the future holds. I survived on this as an undergraduate in the 90s. Ate it regularly during my bachelor days. But today, I don't eat anything in that plate. Found sugar made me sick. I became allergic to milk. Before COVID, I found out that garri was also making me I'll. Last November I developed laryngitis and traced it to groundnuts and vegetable oil. I don't drink ice water. I am completely ok. No health challenges of any kind. I work out 6 days a week. I now eat more of vegetables and meat or fish. |

Try this and thank me later. Works very well on skin lesions, in-grown toenails and whitlow.

You are dealing with the loss of your brother and going through a period of mourning. I think the problem is that you are concerned about the way your brother took ill and died. You somewhat feel that it is cruel and wondering why life will visit such punishment on him. This has shaken your faith in everything, including life. But know that his death wasn't a punishment. It is just a translation. Your brother is continuing existence in another place. Death isn't a punishment. Your brother made the choice to end this current lifetime because the body wasn't fit for use to sustain him anymore. He is Soul and Soul does not die. You said that you're an introvert. But to come to terms with this transition, you need to talk to someone. A professional person, not just friends. If you are Christian, I suggest you find a Catholic church and book an appointment with a priest. Tell him you want to talk and then talk. Open your heart and express your feelings, fears and concerns. Your desires too. As for not sleeping, follow this link www.hearhu.org and learn about HU, an ancient mantra that can help you. Follow the direction and sing it to release your inner tensions, and help you solve your daily problems. It can make you more calm, strong and centered. Chanting HU heals, brings inner guidance, opens your dreams, and replaces fear with love. You can play the audio on the website of people singing HU. It's really helpful. What I suggested for you helped my mother after my younger brother died on the day of the last presidential election. She was heartbroken, gave up on everything and couldn't sleep. She developed high blood pressure. But following this steps helped her recover. Oh, when you sing HU, subtly ask that you wish to see your brother, just to know he's doing ok. Please be sincere about your request. Watch your dreams, you will see him. You will be fine. |
