Please Gurus in the house, I kept seeing NSE application. Can anyone inform me about this NSE stuff? What's it about? Doesn't it mean prospective students cannot apply through CIC website again? Thanks |

This kind of reasons is becoming generic and common especially from Nrobi. Am still yet to understand how 5 to 6 applications will have same reasons of refusal similar to the reason you posted. Same with@ Ibuchim Strongwind1960: |

No. It's called dual intent. They are independent of each other. In addition, you are just in the pool not that you have been invited to apply? Just go ahead with your SP application. Dameelee: 2 Likes |

But you need to tell the reason why you are deferring the admission. Because you still have time enough to apply for visa since is 2020 Fall term Dfazz: |

No offense taken sir. Your question is vaguely structured. Please be detailed about your admission process if you need advice. 1. You mentioned the duration will be 4 years , meaning it can either be UG or PhD? Which one?2. Let's say it UG, what are you applying for? What course? Is the course related to your business? Because if it is UG, be ready to pay nothing less than $15,000cad every academic year depending on the school. I will stop here to hear back from you. Please be detailed enough for others to contribute. Thanks ishowleck: |

Your question to me is incomplete. $16000cad sometimes is not enough depending on your tuition fees(TF). Living expenses for a year is $10kcad so add that to your TF + other things. UrekMazino: |

I will advice you not to use any SOA that is older than 30days. If you print it now let's say 9/03/2020, make sure you submit your application before 9th of April 2020. Adetayoade1: |

Sowp is dependent on your study permit, since you have graduated I will advice you leave his application there. And apply for PGWP sharply, so that once you get that his application will depend on that. But make sure you get a job in NOC A,B or 0 so they dont turn you guys down. My spouse Sowp took 10months +, so do not worry, just go ahead and apply for your PGWP first. julechi: 1 Like |

I will emphatically tell you two things, thoughLondon office faced alot of backlogs and dur to that your application was delayed beyond expectations. The main reason I see here is because as at the time of review, your Studypermit is less than 6 months to go, so that was the reason to me. Bros extend your SP if need be and apply again please. kife: |

Hello Everyone. I came back here to encourage someone especially May/June/July 2018 applicants. I'm of the opinion that all these applicants should have patient with the London Visa Office provided your application is confirmed to be treated there. My reasons; I also submitted SOWP and TRV application for my wife and daughter respectively on the 15th of May, 2018 precisely. Because I'm here in Canada, I was able to use 2 MP's office to make enquiries for our application after 7 months of no update nor replies from CIC both in Lagos and London. Applied for 2 GCMS note in October and December last year and no updates of any sort on the note except many emails and enquiries sent to them. Our Findings: London Visa office is overwhelmed with so much applications especially from Nigerian, because as @ 2018 Jan - July thereabout, most of the online route application were all transmitted to London office, coupled with PR applications, study permits, visitor visa and many other things Dont be surprise, This was the information given to us after 9 months in Feb 2019. Many applications from last year are still on queue for eligibility review either primary or secondary review. My Message: Last week after 10 months of waiting, we got PPr for my wife and Daughter. a friend also got SP approved after 10 months. so, TRV hopeful as the name sound so you should be. please if London have not updated you, I bet you it will be approval. if they are gonna deny you, it will have happened before now. Just to encourage you guys from last year MAY/JUNE/JULY 2018. A big thanks to Frankrobbn1. God bless you bro. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Just make sure the principal applicant has enough fund to show in his or her SOA for the total number of family. My understanding is that VO do not consider the host SOA as primary instead it is the applicant account they look into very well. Reason: divorce rate is high among the white guys, so they seldom generalize it that in a case where the host shows all the Funds and the applicant is granted visa, on getting to Canada, The host either divorce or have an issue with the spouse that just came, so what happens? The newly visitor to Canada will become an economic liability to the government. So it is advisable to keep most of the funds in the applicant's account. Google LICO Canada. Just balance statement. RBC CIBC gives . Stamp and signed. You can also request for a letter of introduction from the bank address to Immigration. They know what to do. lassky: |
