hassymo5: Starting from january, federal workers get their salaries every close to 15th of a new month, what is causing it? if i could remember the President promise to pay salaries every 20th of the month, but reverse is the case, we get salaries every 15th of the new month,eg we got january salary on the 15th of february and february salary on the 12th of march. please if you have any idea on this share it!!!!!

Hello house. I have a property in lagos. There are two tenants whose rents expired in may this year. These tenants signed in the agreement that the tenancy agreement will be terminated once they owe for up to 4 months.
Now, my caretaker is telling me that the law states that a tenant can only be served quit notice 6 months after his last rent expired. And also, the quit notice will run for another 6 months before the tenant is taken to court.
Pls, experts in d house, shed more light on this cos i tort what the tenant signs in an agreement stands.

Hi, i had very similar issues with my 2001 accord, jst fixed it on saturday! Mine ws wen u put in drive or reverse, the car engines acts lik it wants to fly out of the bonnet! lol, All mechanics said its the engine seat but i knew it cudnt be, luckily i met a honda gear specialist who scanned my car and found out it was a electrical problem, the guy had over 10 accords in his shop, all for gear issue, no doubt he's good!!!!! Stop downshift at the approach of traffic lights use brake to stop your car. Downshift is best used when climbing or descending hills. It is cheaper to replace pads than trans. I stand to be corrected, good luck.

Yes, i use brake to stop the car when approaching traffic lights. I thought downshift is when you are trying to go from a higher gear (gear 4) down to gear 1, more like you are slowing down. The brakes definitely has to be applied.
