If the evidence was burnt,it simply means there is no evidence!!I wonder how stupid these agencies could be at times
You simply don't have sense to forget that this is NIGERIA.. since the supposed document might put him and the financial institution in trouble? It is a very easy thing to do in collaboration with the bank in full acceptance to distroy it and also who he is withstanding.

did you ever think this transaction was listed on the statement of account ?

another question arises.
Of course the bank cannot temper with that. always official.

Trust me bro.... its either you are Saraki related? Saraki itself , a friend to Saraki or its Cohorts, or you work for Saraki in anyway.... To believe this is a false accusation..

Abeg shift from here biko

Oh, you are pained now? That is how it feels hurting a woman's personality. Go ahead and face the oloshos in your family since they are also guilty of those lists one way or the other.

Feeling guilty? Only an idiot and someone who's mother didn't train him well on how to respect a lady will type and support that rubbish you called a list. Nairaland boys are just dumb set of misogynists
your mother really trained you well for calling out someone's mother and sister firstly i guess.... Smh

I bought a land and laid my foundation at 23, im almost 24 now and the house is almost complete...it's all down to personal preference and funds...I learned to do things on my own from a very early age.
the likes of ogawisdom will come for you... Typical Nigerians and thier thoughts, that is why we have youths blaming the Governments here and there...

In Nigeria, you must learn to create yourself at a right early time.

I have seen traders, before 30, start up simple Ultra markets, businesses worth millions. Mind you most could be inheritance. I concur. but doesnt mean all of it

Why did you not state how you came about the money to build the house (at your age) so as to convince people that you are indeed a clean guy. Your story might even encourage other young men.
in Nigeria, most people dont want to hear that... They always think about fast money..

And of course you know few of the ways they go such lenght to achieve. which is very wrong. a true success takes time, principles, patience , hardwork, intelligience ( not exactly educational intellience but knowledge amf wisdom ) .. Well, the thread is about building a house , so lets focus there

Acidosis:
Many Nigerians build because they were made to believe building a home is cheaper than RENT. That idea is false. Some also built because they want to leave a property for their children. I factor these reasons, and conclude that it is unwise to hurriedly build a house, especially when there are many ventures one could lay his hands on.

The real and hidden reasons people hurriedly build a house in Nigeria include:

1. Fear of taking risks
2. Zero business/investment acumen
3. The believe that they'll some day fail or get fired, hence the need to quickly secure a home
4. The believe that a landlord is the reason they have little to zero savings.

For a young man of 25 - 29 yrs, haba! there are many investments one could put his money into. The fear of N100,000 rent shouldn't make anyone to pour N5 million & more on an immovable asset.

At least, raise a family, wife and children and let the decision be made collectively. But like someone said, people have varying pursuits. Some prefer to get a decent job, own a car and build a house. To them, that's the ideal lifestyle. Some just want to enjoy life, while some are ready to pour their earnings on more degrees oversea, so I'll try and avoid judging anyone.
Bro, all these you just said now ennn, i have them in place. is it a personal business? yes. a wife? not really married for some reasons(still in school et others) even tho my wife-to-be is pregnant. mind you im almost 25

please dont decieve others, let them build if they are chanced to. realestate is the best investment in any part of the world.. go make some research...

right now, if i should sell of the property i am writing from, i could move to lagos to get a very good land in Lekki and developing it to a very good point. you know what most nollywood actors/actresses say when they shoot here? Wow
