So I only See it in Nollywood movies and I never believed it would happen to me.
We have been dating for over a year now and due to the nature of my school( A private University), we don't get to see often.
I introduced her to my best friend one month into our relationship and since then, we usually hang out together whenever am around.
Long story short, When this Lock down began, since my girlfriend's house was close to mine, I strolled down only to find my best friend on top of her........ I gently closed the door without them noticing.
NB: My best fried also lives in the same vicinity.
Since the incident, over three weeks now I haven't taken any of their calls neither did I allow any of them to visit me.
I am confused and I really don't know what to do right now.

Politics / Truth About The Office Of The Chief Of Staff To The President You Never Knew! by wenson(m): 5:34pm On Apr 26, 2020
My people perish for lack of knowledge.
Requisite knowledge for URGENT PRAYERS for the unconstitutional scam called "The Presidency" in Nigeria by Dr. Ugo Njoku

OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE PRESIDENT

The office of the chief of staff to the president, is not known to the Nigerian Constitution or any law for that matter. However, section 171(2)(e) of the Constitution allows the president to have personal staffs. At best therefore, the chief of staff to the president is merely the head of the president's personal staff like cooks, drivers and media aides.

For the avoidance of doubt, staff in the office of the president who are in the civil service of the federation are not personal staff of the president, neither are Ministers. Personal staff of the president which the chief of staff heads, means nothing more than personal staffs.

Section 5 of the Constitution vests the executive powers of the federation in the president. The president can either exercise the powers in person, through the vice president and ministers or through officers in the public service of the federation. The express mention of persons through whom the president can exercise his powers, is the express exclusion of persons not mentioned.

The chief of staff is not the vice president, a minister or even an officer in the public service of the federation. One begins to wonder on what bases a chief of staff would be exercising presidential powers even to the extent of going to Germany to "negotiate" power contracts for Nigeria.

The office of the chief of staff which is not known to the Nigerian Constitution cannot be above the least office in the federal civil service which enjoys constitutional flavour. It was therefore very unfortunate that Nigeria had a chief of staff that attended federal executive council meetings, national security meetings and signed nearly all the documents that emanated from the president's office.

If the president intended to abdicate his responsibilities, or is intellectually incapable of effectively carrying out his responsibilities, under section 5, the presidential powers will devolve first, on the vice president, ministers or officers who are in the federal civil service.

What Nigeria witnessed in recent times, was a grand abuse of office by the chief of staff. It was a case of taking undue advantage of one's closeness to "an unaware" president, to usurp presidential powers. Those who would justify it on the grounds of loyalty and trust, are abundantly ignorant that in a constitutional democracy, exercise of powers is as provided by the Constitution. We could as well argue that the chief of staff to the Senate president can attend Senate plenaries.
Fighting with Aisah Buhari was in order as he was the head of kitchen staff. When then will we wake up from this slumber with all the SANs, Profs and Drs of Law yet no one knew or challenged this. Little wonder prominent men were lobbying for the office even before mallam was buried.
Can any serious pupil lawyer now approach the courts to ask that this point be cleared before another pseudo president emerges to rule dictatorially in the octopus name they called "The Presidency". This is if the NBA or the SANs or the Body of Benchers are part of the scam in Nigerianized surrogate presidency we have been subjected to in Lugard's failed and expired amalgamation of diverse nationalities for the gross exploitation of the south for the sole benefit of cabals and parasitic prodigal profligates that have misruled and held this nation hostage. The sins of Lugards and the British Government against the indigenous people of Nigeria will be paid for in full in the near future. The natural laws of sowing and reaping is still alive. Only repentance, confession and restitutions can ameliorate the degrees of retribution for gross conspiracies and sins against others. The earlier Britain starts looking into their sordid past in Nigeria, the better for them and the future of the British.

It is not novel to us that Nigeria is going through a long period of recession. To many, it started because of the government's inability to manage the resources of the country to the optimum while to others, the people have their own input to the current situation of the country.

The question is who is to blame for the current economic situation of the country?

Comment with your reasons..............

nairalife2013:
I dont know what to tell u, but u seem to be right here. My first dota is a lefty, a southpaw, as they call them in standard mode. I Cried my eyes out when I found out. She was a year old then. Against my fatherly instructions, my wife cared less abt it and wouldnt mind which hand my dota, nedadi, used to scribble her abc and 123! I sent instructions to my dota's proprietress and teachers that I will hold them responsible if my dota grew up a lefty. They took my word and set to forcing my dota to use her right hand always. Heaven came down; the school stood still as my dota, upon all the chastised efforts, kept using her left hand. Born after many years of heart breaking miscarriages, I was bent on making sure she had all the best trappings of life. To be a lefty was not part of it. Am never a lover of novelty. U could understand why I hid in d lavatory and cry at d thought of having a dota who wrote with her left hand! But, against all odds, am ok with it now. She turned out to be an enigmatic child. in nursery 1 , the youngest in her class, she trashed d rest of the class to grab the first position, the neatest pupil in the sch and the best child with leadership qualities etc. At home, she does things that scare the hell out of me and my wife, her mother. We have thought severally she is an old woman in kid's skin! She operates all d gadgets in the house with awesome dexterity: she drives her car like a paul walker and acts like a mother to her younger siblings! Once my wife brought a cane and not-too-painfully lashed my second dota on her palms for dipping my iphone in a glass of water. Nedadi sat still and observed me and her mother and her culprit younger sister solemnly, then got up and told me softly, daddy, pls tell yur wife not to beat my sister like that again, she's just a baby!!!
I couldn't sleep that nite, so also mywife.
When I created a thread for kids' antics, it was to see whether there are other kids like her. But the thread did not survive. Now I hang all histories of her behavior in static and motion picture on the family cloud. Ha! Now she uses both hands almost equally!
How old is your daughter now
Culture / Interesting Facts About The Left-handed People You Didn’t Know! by wenson(m): 7:47pm On Jul 31, 2016
In a world where 90% of the population are right-handed, the remaining 10% happens to be left handed and their struggle is real. It is more difficult for the lefties to fit in. Right from using scissors to struggling with the awkwardly shaped school desks, lefties must be loaded with superpowers. How else would they adjust themselves in a world tailor-made for the right-handed?
Here are some interesting facts about left-handers!

1. Left-handers are better at art and architecture.

2. They have an easier time learning to use their right hand.

3. They are likely to drink 3 times more than right-handed people.

4. Lefties are likely to be on the extreme poles of intelligence scale.

5. Connections between the right and left sides of the brain are faster in left-handed people.

6. Men are more likely to be left-handed.

7. Lefties have an IQ over 140 than righties.

8. They have better underwater visions.

9. They are scared more than right-handers.

10. They get angrier more often too.

11. They blush a lot, a lot of times.

12. Many intellectuals and politicians are left-handers.

Some of you might have friends who are lefties! How many of these facts have you noticed in them? And if you have anymore to add to these, do comment below!

Education / JAMB 2016: Students React Over Wrong Results (see Comments) by wenson(m): 9:06pm On Mar 05, 2016
Students across the country who sat for the ongoing UTME 2016/17 Examination are complaining of their scores and seeks the intervention of FG.

Some complained that the subject that they answered just few
questions were where they got the highest marks meanwhile
failing those they were sure of. Have you ever heard of JAMB
dashing people 5 marks, talk more of 40, to tell you that they
know that they are at fault and that the scores they gave them
at the initial time was not their real score.

All Jambites affected seriously needs to disagree with this
jamb 2016 result. The govt should look into look into this
matter because this is really unbearable. If this where to be
some other foreign countries, by now there must have been a
record of about 1000 students that have committed suicide.
For the fact that Nigerians are not like that doesn't mean they
should be deprived of their right.
Seriously the government ought to look into this matter.
Its either jamb gives the computer the right answers and
remark these test or cancel the exam or call them to rewrite
their exams after they must have resolved the problems.
