See Screenshots for more reactions from Nigerians.
On whose side are you? What do you think about the fresh video?
Why would a president of a country Parise someone like Kano state Governor with all the videos showing this same man collecting kickbacks from various contractors. It’s a shame to Nigeria that this present government as resulted to rubbish this country to a season film with different Episodes coming out each week.

The INEC chairman should be changed immediately and a total overhauling of that commission . The 14 million figure is a huge scam they implore to use during 2019 election and it was planned by ApC National chairman. Nigerians should not be silent , people should speak out because the APC Government is a total failure.

[quote author=happney65 post=71324230]"A presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, Senator David Mark, has promised to turn around the economy of the country within two years if elected President of Nigeria in the 2019 general elections.
Mark, a former Senate President, made the promise on Tuesday at the PDP secretariat in Lokoja while on a campaign visit to solicit votes of the state delegates to the presidential primaries in October.
He pledged to do many things differently to revamp the economy saying, “a lot of research had been done on the economy and if given the chance, he would bring them to bear and turn around things.’’
Economic growth under his watch, he said, would experience tremendous change within 700 days, which would be physical rather than based on paper statistics.
He said, “I will do so many things differently. When we put our processes in, the woman who is selling groundnuts by the roadside will feel the impact.
“It is not by mere statistics or indices that we churn out. We want the ordinary people on the streets to feel the impact of the economy on their lives.
“We have young men and women who are neck dip into research and understand the economy of this country.”
On his acceptance by the electorate in the core northern part of the country, Mark said he had equally worked for candidates from the core north and that now it was their turn to support him.
“I think the core north should support us because we also have supported the core north. It is a give and take thing and we are talking about Nigeria.
“We are not talking about a section of this country. If I don’t have a national support, to be honest with you, I would not want to be a President of this country.
“I want to be President of a united and indivisible country called Nigeria. Call it core north, core south or core whatever, wherever they are, let them support me because we too have supported them,” he said.
On consensus candidate, the former Senate President said that would be left for the aspirants and the party to decide.
“Whatever we do, the most important thing is that whoever emerges should emerge through a process that is fair, transparent and credible; whether it is by consensus or by primaries,” he said"
Abubakar Bukola Saraki was born on 19 December 1962 to the family of Olusola Saraki, a senator (1979–1983) and a one time Senate Leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and his mother Florence Morenike Saraki. He attended King's College, Lagos, from 1973 to 1978, and Cheltenham College in the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1981 for his High School Certificate. He then studied at the London Hospital Medical College of the University of London from 1982 to 1987, where he obtained his M.B.B.S (London).
Saraki worked as a medical officer at Rush Green Hospital, Essex, from 1988 to 1989. He was a director of Société Générale Bank (Nig) Ltd from 1990 to 2000.
In 2000, President Olusegun Obasanjo appointed Saraki as Special Assistant to the President on Budget. During his tenure, Saraki initiated the Fiscal Responsibility Bill. Saraki also served on the Economic Policy Coordination Committee, where he was responsible for the formulation and implementation of several key economic policies for Nigeria.

Upritman: Ahead of the 2019 presidential election, a group known as Ndigbo National Assembly (NUA) has urged the leadership and elders of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to ensure the vice presidential candidate of the party emerges from the South-East geopolitical zone. The group said its plea was to foster balance, equity, fairness and justice.
A statement signed by National President of NAU, Dede Uzor A. Uzor also threatened that the PDP would pay dearly if they shortchange Ndigbo again.
Uzor’s reaction follows an alleged plot to zone the PDP Vice Presidential slot to South West zone which was reechoed by Governor Ayodele Fayose on Friday. The group warned PDP to ‘technically and tactically’ avoid the temptation of imposing candidates on Nigerians without due process as repeat of such grievous mistake may cause the party this coming election.
“This is the time for PDP to correct all the anomalies they committed that caused them 2015 presidential election.
“In view of their apologies to Nigerians of 16 years of misrule, the party should put their house in order. They should not go back to their status quo,” they said. The Group went ahead to mention names of those it considered as qualified for presidential or vice presidential candidates to include former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, former Central Bank Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo,Senators Enyinnaya Abaribe, Victor Umeh, Ohaneze Ndigbo President-General, Chief Nnia Nwodo, and Chief Festus Odimegwu, among others.
happney65: The All Progressives Congress (APC) has warned Nigerians to be wary of presidential aspirants such as Atiku Abubakar and David Mark, who have become “latter-day converts”, that want to “exploit” restructuring as an issue for “populist political campaigns”.
In a statement on Sunday by Yekini Nabena, APC's acting National Publicity Secretary, the party accused past administrations of having “splashed billions of public funds to convene several national conferences, subsequently left conference reports to gather dust”, and yet, “achieved nothing”.
The statement particularly criticised Atiku Abubakar, a former Vice-President, asking: "For instance, Alhaji Atiku was Vice President and Chairman of the National Economic Council throughout the eight years of the President Olusegun Obasanjo administration. How did he use his office to correct the imbalance in our federation he expresses today?"
APC also accused Senator David Mark for spending eight years as the president of the Senate, yet “never sponsored a motion on restructuring”.
Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and Atiku Abubakar had been in the news over the past few days on their differing stands on restructuring, with the former insisting that Atiku’s stand on the subject is “understandably vague”.
APC agreed with Osinbajo’s view, stating that “Prof. Osinbajo in his well-articulated response to Alh. Atiku, submitted that what Nigeria requires now is not geographic restructuring but good governance, honest management of public resources, deeper fiscal Federalism and a clear vision for development”.
The statement continued: “It must be said that the calls for restructuring by many politicians is often time a populist and opportunistic ploy to latch on and politically exploit simplistic public narratives on the panacea to Nigeria's problems and not necessarily for its realism and practicability.
“Past administrations have splashed billions of public funds to convene several national conferences, subsequently left conference reports to gather dust and achieved NOTHING. Bad governance, corruption, bigotry and other ills remain the limiting factors that continue to hold the country back.
“We must never succumb to ethnic champions who promote campaigns to break up the country into tiny bits or other unrealistic and unpatriotic proposals in the name of restructuring to solve our problems as a country. It is simplistic and unconstitutional.
“As Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo submitted, good governance involves transparency and prudence in public finance, it involves social justice, investing in the poor and providing jobs and opportunities for the people, particularly young people. This remains the focus of the current administration as seen by the several social intervention programmes currently being implemented. Commendably, the President Muhammadu Buhari administration is committed to implementing a New National Minimum wage. Also, the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) scheme, comprising: GEEP MarketMoni, GEEP FarmerMoni and GEEP TraderMoni is being executed by the Bank of Industry and providing interest-free loans to petty traders and artisans across Nigeria.
“With the inception of the President Buhari administration, a well-articulated roadmap, considering all the issues involved in ensuring a new, well secured, better governed Nigeria with equitable distribution of resources within the component federating units, is being given serious attention.
“Recall that the APC set up a Committee on True Federalism under the Chairmanship of the Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai. The Committee submitted its report to the immediate-past National Working Committee, making its recommendations on twenty four items that Nigerians expressed views to balance our federation.
“A practical approach to implement the committee's report is being considered by the Federal Government.
“The APC believes that good, sincere, focused, and purposeful leadership at all levels will propel the country to its deserved heights. Sincere efforts towards achieving True Federalism are more important than politically-exploited populist rhetoric which achieve NOTHING. With emphasis on practicability, constitutionality and reality, we are confident that True Federalism or restructuring as some will like to call it will be better achieved under the President Buhari-led APC administration.”

1960ng: Festus Keyamo, senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN), does not believe the figures of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on increase in poverty under the current administration President Mohammadu Buhari.
San FestusKeyamo, who is spokesman of the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari, disclosed this in a chat with a Interviewer.
Asked why he thought Buhari deserved re-election in light of reports on growing poverty and the weak economy, Keyamo said, “Where does the National Bureau of Statistics get its figures from? I don’t believe those statistics!”Nigerian are becoming richer under Buhari the NBS are liars.
Statistics from the NBS show that unemployment has been on the increase under Buhari, millions of people lost their jobs from 2015 till date.
According to the bureau, 18.80 percent where unemployed in the third quarter of 2017, compared to the 9.90 percent in the third quarter of 2015.
Keyamo expressed optimism that Buhari would be re-elected in 2019, saying the president will instil a different political culture in the country before he retires and he is better than any Leader Nigeria has seen.
“He (Buhari) needs time to instil that culture different from what we have learnt government is all about,” he said.
Let’s be honest, most young people of our generation grew up to know only the PDP system, which is – and was – only about money.”
The Buhari re-election campaign spokesman said unlike the PDP “whose oxygen is money”, Buhari did not need federal funds to clinch his re-election, saying his supporters would be happy to sell their possessions and go hungry for his re-election.
He said Buhari also needed to consolidate his anti-corruption war and deal a final blow on insecurity, describing insinuations that the president was sponsoring herdsmen as “satanic and idiotic.”
He also spoke on the president’s reference to Nigerian youths as “lazy”; allegations that he abandoned the defendant in the Ozubulu church killings to join Buhari; and what he thought his former mentor and leading human rights lawyer, Gani Fawehimi (SAN), would have done with Buhari’s government.
When asked if he would support full disclosure of the health status of all the candidates in the 2019 campaign, Keyamo said, “I agree that candidates should declare their health status. But if somebody is sick and is well and now discloses that he is well now, fine. He (Buhari) is ready to go; he is fit to go. Abacha was not sick at all, no history; yet he slumped and died.”
He also expressed support for presidential debate and President Buhari will be ready than ever.
