A Fulani resident in Kabba, Kogi State, identified as Ibrahim Grafify on Facebook, has sparked controversy after calling on the Kogi State Government to investigate the visit of Yoruba activist Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho.

In a viral video, the Fulani man expressed fears that Igboho’s visit to Kabba and Yagba land (Okunland) could stir up tribal violence, discrimination, bigotry, and nepotism in the area.

What Happened?

On April 15–16, 2026, Sunday Igboho visited Kogi West (Okunland), where he met with the Obaro of Kabba as part of his ongoing engagements on the rising insecurity affecting Yoruba-speaking communities.

While many welcomed the visit, Ibrahim Grafify urged authorities to probe it, linking it to potential insecurity and tribal tensions.

However, netizens have pushed back, questioning why the Fulani resident has remained silent on the killings and insecurity plaguing Okunland and other parts of Kogi State for years.

The video has generated massive mixed reactions online — from strong support for Igboho to heated debates on tribal issues and security in Nigeria.

I applied for UK visit visa middle of last year but I was rejected.I was indisposed for about four months so I couldn't go to Lagos to collect my passport.

Now this year I want to apply to another country but UK embassy are insisting that my passport have been sent to Abuja immigration office because I failed to come and collect it on time.I have confirmed from an immigration officer in Abuja that no passport of such nature was sent to them.Yet this people are still insisting that's it in Abuja immigration office. I don't know what to do anymore.
I would have applied for a new passport but passport are now expensive to process.

I am planning of travelling to the UK for my Msc programme. My main purpose of travelling is as a means of jakpa not that I really need the Msc. I sold the land i bought in Asaba in 2018 for N22m. I plan to use the money for the tuition fee deposit ( £5,000) and other travel expenses. The complete tuition fee is £15,330. I will study and work in other to pay the remaining balance.

My plan is to remain in the UK and work after my study. Please I need your advice.

The entire country has agreed that the Southeast and the Northeast are the two most disadvantaged regions when it comes to producing leaders of the country.

The neglect suffered by Northeast can be seen in Boko Haram ravaging the region and in Southeast in IPOB demanding secession.

If that's the case therefore, 2023 should be earmarked for dousing the tension of marginalization in these two regions.

And being that Buhari is a northerner, commonsense, equity, fairness and the need for national cohesion demands that power should come to South, nay Southeast.

Now, in the Southeast, Umahi would be APC's best bet with his trailblazing performance in Ebonyi with little resources, he beats a corrupt Orji Uzor Kalu or an imbecilic Okorocha hands down.

Then pair him with another trailblazer in the Northeast, Umaru Zulum. A man that has demonstrated intelligence, his belief in merit, a builder and a detribalized northerner.

It's a simple calculation that Zulum would succeed Umahi in 2031 to make up for Northeastern quest for power.

What issue do you have with this calculation?
