Morning all! I used self service, while going to TLS, aside from Receipt, appointment letter and checklist, should I also go with the form?

I am having the issue of uploading my documents although I have secured the free service appointment but I don't understand the pattern of document uploading. Will all the documents be uploaded once including form, checklist, bank statement and others or each document has it portal for easy upload?

Hello all, I am a Canada PR holder and I applied for a visitors visa for my sister on 25 of July 2019. Today she got a letter titled “ validity of your biometric” which explains that her biometric is valid till 2029. Note that she did her biometric since she submitted her application.
I just want to know what the letter means. Is it sent to people whose visa’s are denied too? Please enlighten me on this. Thank you

Can someone who had previously overstayed in the UK for 9months in the last four years apply for Irish Visa?

My cousins application has been pending since 8th March and no update till today. 3weeks ago he sent an e!email enquiring about the status of his application and they replied that decision on his application is been delayed whilst further enquiries are been conducted. He called them on phone yesterday they couldn't find his application record, later they sent him an Escalation form for him to fill which he did immediately.
Has anyone experienced or currently going through this same issue and what could be wrong?

Thank alot. They eventually replied me today that they have tracked the application status that its under verification and when the are finished with their verification, they will contact the applicant
