My cousins cantv access his appointment online as he cannot remember his e-mail password. He has opened a fresh email account and had tried to creat a new profile but he can't because the system kept referring him to the previous profile. Please how can he transfer his profile to the new email? Note his appointment is Monday 5th Oct 2015. Its urgent pls

At last I was able to schedule my appointment after having password problems. Had to chat with CGI staff online who actually help me out. M getting set for the day. God will perfect all our heart desires IJN

@ladyguinevere! I have checked my spam oooo several times nothing dropped inside even I tried d 'forgotten your password, yet no temporary password dropped. What shld I do?

I tried to loggin to my profile with my password it's not going, I decided to use 'forgot your password ' in order to get temporary password yet its not sending temporary password to my email. Pls what could be wrong?

Please I need urgent advice. My sister is few week pregnant and we are about to apply for her TRV. With this development can she still go ahead with her application? If she eventually receive medical call up, won't her pregnancy affect her application?

I was previously denied NIV about 5 different times, the last was 3years ago. No particular reasons was given on these denials even with my traveling experience I was denied in the last 2 applications.
Now I'm planning to reapply for a family visit. Pls what shld I do this time? Also I cannot remember or find my previous DS-160 confirmation number, how can I get this number or I shld Js creat a new application?

Hello house, my brothers were not allowed in for interview cos barcode on their DS-160 is different from the appt. It happened on Friday 16th July. We have tried to book a fresh date with their receipt, still it's not going having stated in a letter given to them that after 2days their receipts can be use to make another appointment. Pls what can be done at this time?

They should wait for two days, probably by Saturday or Sunday their Visa fee receipt would be reactivated.

See what they need to do below:

-They should fill a new DS 160 form which will generate a new barcode or better still they should retrieve the previous application and click create a new Application which will also generate a new barcode for them and they wont have to refill their details again except their travel plans.

-After completing the form they should log in to the appointment page and Update their profile with the New DS-160 Barcode respectively then book a new appointment date with the visa fee receipt number.

Please advice my brothers were not interview today because barcode on their DS160 does not tally with their appointment letter. What can be done to correct this anomalies?

oh yeah..... he actually did his biometric 15days ago having received his biometric letter late. are you saying he shld start counting days right from the day he did his biometric?

Hello house, my jr brother's application is 7weeks gone now (Feb. 23rd, online) and yet he hasn't receive any update till now. please is this normal?

Naa didnt do anything ooo was strange to me as well... i've never seen or heard it happen to anyone before. Biometric letter didnt come immediately i submitted the application and I was worried for two weeks when i later summon courage that it will come along with medical but it came only and I hoping medical request will drop subsequently.

My jr brother's biometric letter was eventually sent today after five weeks of application submission. we're hoping for the best which is medical request after biometric...
