Education / Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Wh0AmI(m): 9:21pm On Jul 07, 2017
It's no news that the minimum credit unit an undergraduate requires to becoming a graduate in NOUN is 120.
Peradventure one has hitherto fulfilled this obligation or will do so in the forseeable future, does it mean courses registered thenceforth will end up in the bin? Or do you think NOUN in gon select the best/top results to fulfil the stipulated 120 units?

What are your thoughts on this pls!

Asin! I don't see the reason for the schedule really!!! They make abrupt changes and fail to notify you prior to the changes!!!!

The just find a way whole process stressful!!! Submitting TMA's is already a struggle. the you now want to add schedule on top! WHY?

I'm literally boiling right now. There's just this microscopic line between creativity, standing out and being moronic.
While trying to look cool and be distinctive, this VC just went full thrust 'backwards.'

These never-ending changes and upgrades is what any working system would aspire to fix before the commencement of the new session/semester. If not all, at least, to a reasonable extent.

#Puffs! angry sad
Education / Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Wh0AmI(m): 4:19pm On Jun 16, 2017
This is just stupid. Why the incessant changes which ends up making matters worse?! Even I whose department is featured to submit today being 'Friday' is still getting errors.
Absolute Balderdash!.

I've been seeing some unfounded rumors circulating on whatsapp groups since yesterday, claiming the TMA portal is closed. This is in direct contravention of the info on NOUN's edu site.

Anyone with info on what's happening should please enlighten me coz the portal has indeed not gone through since yesterday.

The problem is that you are living in denial. You are almost praying that the incidence is not true. But it is my niggah. Your creek rats have been sent scurrying in all directions. Just if you don't know , some of your creek squirrels are hiding in the compounds of residents. So much for ijaw bravery. Always ogogoro induced.
Lol dude, you should have read the post I quoted first, so as to know what and whatnots...
Does my write-up seem like I hail from the south/east?... I'm a full-fledged yoruba, guy!...
If you wanna know sef, I hail from Ekiti State, so, your point?.

Steel bunker my groin. And didn't you read that it was a joint operation?Airforce, army, navy, police? Or you thought all were there to picnic? You need some lessons on military engagement.
Perhaps I do, however do you know what ground needed to be covered in order to adequately block-off all escape routes?...
These guys are masters on sea, they are good on Land, without adequate information, no one will just charge at them... They can only do that when there's disarray in their abode, which I doubt was yet the case as at the time this report was filed.
The Navy would simply hold the sea, the Army and Police, Land, while the Airforce do their job.

Science/Technology / Re: Why Don't Laptops Come With Sims Ports? by Wh0AmI(m): 6:51pm On Jul 27, 2016
They actually do.
Most HP EliteBook(s), both advanced and mid-ranged I've seen thus far comes with a Sim slot space some don't know about.
The reason for its little or no feature in most laptops is very much explained in the comment above.

Olachase:
okay thanks sir Buh once I get the card and activate it my $25 will be available to withdraw and how do I refer people just as you have done

The 'Refer a Friend" program allows for both the 'Referrer' and the 'Referred' to get $25 anytime the 'Referred' gets a payment/gets funded with at least $100 in his/her account.

Therefore Payoneer doles out $50 which is shared between both parties when you as the referred funds your account with such amount OR receives a Payment e.g through Google Adsense, Fiverr etc.
...and you can equally refer others once you've activated your ATM card, not before.

There's an option in the menu to do such... just click it and voila, you get your dedicated reference url.

It just has too many versions...the one that got to work on my device is the 'Mini' version.
Phones / Re: My Phone Only Charge When It's Turned Off by Wh0AmI(m): 12:03am On Jul 18, 2016
Since it charges well before the update, you might wanna revert the update then, or try a custom rom(I believe that's what it's called)... It might be a glitch in the update, but very unlikely.
Have you tried using other chargers?, do you always use cable-charging and not a real charger? (sometimes these cables tend to pass fewer/lesser current), have you checked your battery?(also unlikely)...
The most likely of it being the charger's volt is too minute for the phone while working... and try putting off the screen light to see how it goes.
