Well, Mandela said worst to Bush and some conservatives made noise about it and shut up. An Elder statesman like Soyinka must not keep quiet. stildude: Well, about the Prof's statement, this is what happens when celebrities of moral or intellectual repute live too long. At some point, they begin to goof. I have always been worried that Nelson Mandela will lose his respect for a thing he might either say or do. Thank God that he has so far kept his good name. Sometimes, let's read between the line. This is the prof that presented himself one time as Niger-Deltan Militant's mediator with the state. Now that Okah's group has issues with the president, how convenient it is for the prof to take a swipe at the first lady. Old men are not always wise, maybe this one knows what he is doing?? |
You are the super mumu here. Money and who you know and knows you work wonders all over the world. Even Obama went to Harvard, while his school mates and teachers who knew him in high school when he was scoring bad grades can figure how he got there. What if Noi had added Harvard as part of the pawn during the $16 billion loan payment to the power that be for them to put a word in for her to the school during the annual dinner party donation. Don't tell me that Parris club has no connection in Harvard, cos all ivy league schools have dirty donors/contributors controlling them. Money rules the world especially western world. tsmack: I truly fear for this nation! |
Harvard is not it for some people. I know 19yr old that everyone calls a genius who got admissions to both Harvard and Stanford but chose Stanford instead. |
Also just because it was not found does not mean it wasn't there. 2good: Just to point out the flaws in your above statement, the American led coalition force that invaded Iraq have not found any weapon of mass destruction in Iraq as alleged since Saddam Hussen fell. Also UN did not sanction the invasion. America and its allies invaded Iraq against the ruling of the UN which in itself is a crime. Then convictions of the ICC so far, shows that it was a body set up convict non western leaders which to me is a double standard.i |
I quite understand your point, but as it is, the U.S is hating on Nigerians especially in the southern part of the country by cracking down on them for no reasons, just for being Nigerians. They seek out vulnerable Nigerians to file false charges against. The whites in America are good strategist they wanted a buffer zone between them and the Blacks, so they brought in millions of Hispanics to weaken Blacks[with this attitude of you must fight these people first before getting to us} Nigeria being the most populous Black nation is firmly on their minds and keeps them up at nights. To the West, if Nigeria does well it will prove them wrong and make them look bad cos of the image they wanna portray to the world, I don't know if the UN is a party to it yet but trust me they are all seeing black in their sleep. Our leaders are not helping matters but we have to chase the eagle away before scolding chicks.
Oh! So u said you have been looking at me.. Oh thank you. I have a fan.. U make make feel like a super star. "You hav been looking at my comments" Good to know someone is using his life to look at mine.. What does that make me? I don't give a f*uck about you, I don't know you, I don't look at you, I don't even c you. I don't ever want to know u. You don't exist..
|
There is nothing the US or UN can do to Nigeria. The UN is just trying to see how weak Nigeria really is. Nigeria must come out swinging with 3times the noise. Snoopy wallace: Why do people look for the slightest opportunity to speak ill of the US...if you re given a visa to USA and sudan, which wld u choose...its all jealousy. |
Yen is different from Yuan.
Stop being deceived. What the chinese government provides that the so called America doesn't provide is an enabling environment, government incentive, cheap labour, rare earth resources and an undervalued currency and this is why every american and european businesses are closing up and moving to china ! If you are a Nigerian businessman, will you invest in the US or China ? If you say the US, I will ask you if you know the value of naira to dollar and naira to Yen. Do the maths well and tell me if you would still invest in china. All high end phones like Apple, blakcberry, Samusung and Nokia are all shifting base to China yet a villager like you spread shiits about what you lack knowledge about .
|
There is hope for Nigeria with people like you who know the real deal. China is not even number 2 economy. It's just the no 1 country in the world that is doing everything to get to the top. China is still behind Japan. I almost cried when I read somewhere that Chinese were going to help construct rail line in Nigeria. I was like WTH!!! The Chinese can't get their own rail system right with the way trains are falling of tracks over there. The early Chinese helped in constructing some rail lines in California as human detonator by carrying dynamites into the hole, the work white people did not want to do cos of the risk involved back then and robots have replaced the part Chinese played then. If only our leaders are doing their job by checking what Chinese really know about rail tracks.
My Problem is that China don't pay full attention to details.. Buildings collapse in China just like we have here in naija, Train de-railing is a little rampant in china, china is not yet there.. America has tested and maintained number 1 for as long as I can remember. When you're number 1, u're number 1.. China still has room for improvement.. America is not perfect tho. The other day at San Francisco Airport in yankee, one Asiana Airline crash landed and killed 2 chinese teenage girls (16 years old girls), yes America too crashes planes but get statistic and u'l c america has lower chances of error as compared to china.. I would rather entrust my life to an American Pilot handling a Boeing than entrust my life to a chinese Pilot handling the same Boeing.. If china better pass nigeria, na small thing china use better pass naija if at all china better pass. Awon chinco.. Mtcheeeww.. Nice Edifice tho.. I pray the structural and civil engineers got their act right, let the house not go and collapse on peoples head because china wants to over take america or copy america.. Olodo ni china ooo. Eh ma je ki wan fi breadi ko wa lobe je.. Nothing too fantastic about the chincos, we sha dey see them everyday.. They're gotdanm hustlers.. Empower an ABA boy the same way u empower a chico and u'l c wonders.. Nigerians are gifted.. Nigerians are Blessed.. Leadership over the years hav failed the youths.. We must not fail ourselves.. God Bless Nigeria..
|
Right! just like their first space craft that crashed and leveled a whole town killing over 3,000 was covered up with the Army moving in to make sure that no journalist came anywhere near the town. spongeback: Please Nigerians in china make sure you don't enter that building until it has been tried and certified we all know how MADE IN CHINA things are. |
It's not happening anytime soon with 2billion population. Japan could not do it in the 90's. China is still at the noise stage. supaeagles: China ..... de new supa pawa!!! |
And that of Dana Airline Victims.
Let him contest in HELL! The spirit of those that he killed in October 1 bombing and the victims of his BH bombers will vote him. GEJ till eternity(in HELL)
|
In one word, Jonathan and his cohorts are screwed
You know why history always repeats itself? People never learn from history. The Northern military men have someone to listen to now. And someone to follow. A new leader. Whether you retire him or not. All those sounthern ineligible military leaders GEJ put there will be easily overpowered on a word by Al-mustapha. GEJ is going, either by election or by force. You actually think northerner's will follow GEJ after releasing Al-mustapha? That was a shallow move. The Northerner's can now count on SW votes en-masse with this move. Why now should they support GEJ when they can get the presidency on a platter? And this guy talking is from the middlebelt, no? yes?
|
![]() Btruth: Ode, oponu, eni ti ko mo ibi ti gbogbo aiye koju si. Won nwi iru, ohun nwi iru. Eniti won ba ta, ko fi owo ra atupa tabi candle. |
Y'all still chewing on the first point oo! oya take a bite from the second point raised about 5 PDP govs emmysenior: Was there any written agreement? If yes... Then there's cause for GEJ to worry, but if no... Perhaps he's seeking for cheap attention. |
You just spooked the hell out some people .stantob: G.E.J will do absolutely nothing to Amaechi.Ask O.B.J about his fight with Orji Kalu.P.D.P is about to loose one state and that is Rivers state.Amaechi has nothing to loose. His tenure ends by 2015 and it will be a very serious presidential fight in 2015.Amaechi will end up delivering P.D.P to another party and some other states will follow suit.Amaechi has their secrets in his fingers nails, what will G.E.J do?Let him just cough openly and you see what next. |
As they say third time's a charm. Who knows Amaechi might be the bone that chokes Jonathan to death. Longeria: It's unfortunate that Amaechi "smartly" dive into big sea without any survival skill. Dancing azonto on top of floater on middle of ocean, being cheered by the Northern and Acn cheer Leaders and followers. In this matter, there is two major causes, opposition's over rating of Amaechi and under rating of Jonathan, forgetting that empty can make the most noise while PYTHON flourish through quietness. AMAECHI, don't be the stubborn fly that get buried with the dead. Who remembers Ibori and Sylva again. AMAECHI, think again. |
Omotola is bigger and better than this list. And you need to check yourself into the nearest psychiatric ward for seeing Omotola in your sleep.
I am so glad Omotola the over hyped actress' name is not on the list.
|
You mentally deranged individuals will not derail this thread ![]() xykms101: Hmmm! Christians are shouting Jesus, Muslims are screaming Allah Now i heard a devil making noise. |
Get lost! udifrancis: What's this all about |
Word!!! alj harem: The problem also with your people is that they so much tribalistic than those that over magnify their own. Your people are know for crime, tribalism, illiteracy, fake people and product. Likes of achebe, nnamdi and co have destroyed this nation. |
Dollarmind: If this is what you get after doing your google search then am afraid you are wrong or maybe u are connected to the wrong server... *or better still u are conducting your researh from a tribalist point of view*... |
I actually believe there is something Fasheun knows that is making him bend over backward and the end will either make us love or hate him. Arms shipment or his own lion share of the national cake before Nigeria is finally tossed into the cliff anyone ![]() eggheaders: madam police can't you read between the lines. that the man you lick his yansh religiously is the one using fasheun as a tool in the hand of the devil. last time it was the pipeline deal and silly noise with asari to tell us how gej is better than angel micheal now teaming up with Mustapha to pacify northerners to vote gej. anyway all those plans is dead on arrival and fasheun can sell his life for a plate of porridge who cares Yorubas already know the senile old man is an hungry vulture. |
You Southeasterners are too shallow to see the bigger picture. Abiola dined and wined with the devil and got his reward according to what my Dad told me about UPN/NPN. I believe Fasheun knows what he's doing but is not the real leader of Opc, Adams is the leader and voice, you can ask around your neighborhood. Of what use is the number 3 and 4 positions your lineage have permanently held onto as if your existence depends on it to Yoruba when "our son" just ruled you for 8yrs from the number 1 position? We at least do not have greed as our first name like you, we live and let other live. Policewoman: While the Southwest press is busy trying to dent the image of our first lady by asking for a foolish debate, their brother Fasheun is busy betraying them by aligning with their former tormentor-in-chief, Mustapha to throw mud in their faces. The OPC leader even chartered a plane full of his members to escort him to Kano, yet they vent their frustrations on GEJ and PEJ. No wonder they have no single political position amongst the first 6.Confusion is their midle name. |
Arrgh!!! Why is it now difficult to post new topic on Nairaland even after following instructions? We really need to talk about the acquittal of Trayvon Martin's killer. Shame on America's justice system. |
Liar, Bush and Obama were both insulted mercilessly. nacosprof: U REASON WITH UR KIDNEY, PROF SHOULD GO BACK TO HIS FEILD INSTEAD OF POLITICS,..NO MATTER WHAT GEJ IS NO1 MAN IN OUR COUNTRY, TRY N INSULT AMERICAN PRESIDENT IN FRONT OF HIS CITIZEN THEY WILL ROST U ALIVE... |
His marital status has nothing to do with this. What if those are just the three women he has been with in his 79yrs on earth What if he never cheated and let the wives go rather than pretend that all is well like you hypocrites do with one wife at home and 10 girlfriends outside + numerous hi bams. BTW, tell your madam at the top that it serves her right, that is if you have the courage to say it to your mother at the top, so her hippo body does come crashing and crushing you to death.sheniqua: Amazing that a man who cannot keep a wife of his own would talk about someone's wife in this manner |
Good! You are seeing what you want to see. Gabbysky: My apology if I sounded a bit tribal, but honestly, this is getting too much. It has gotten to that point where if I witness or read of a criticism to whatever the Jonathans do, I first look at the names of the players, and I've not been disappointed. |
Yes! cos the stake holders know he has always been the best or would you rather invite to your book events if you can afford it? not rabble rouser, but the real deal. LastApostle: Soyinka has been corrupted by the spoils of office Governor Amaechi has been extending. |
Devil must punish you for asking Soyinka to be like Achebe. A world celebrated writer like Soyinka to be like who again may Shango strike you, Oloshi radarada, omo lasan ekeji ajavictorD3: Why can't Soyinka be like late Achibe and stay away from politics? 6 months ago he was with Akpabio inspecting projects just for the Ghana-must-go he will fly back with. No wonder I haven't read any new book by him. |
