Stop misleading people, there no such law that requires dependant to provide pcc. Go back to UK immigration acts and if you see such, I will give you 10k. Wrong information is bad, If you are not sure of something, go back to UK website and check.

Pls can the MOI letter be addressed to "To whom it may concern" (will it be acceptable by ECCTIS if not addressed to them directly?) so that I can probably use it again in the future if need be. Ukvi ielts test centres are only in abuja, lagos (island & mainland) & portharcourt.

If its urgent then u cant get cheap courier...dhl, EMS, UPS will not charge u less than 30k-40k cos charges have gone up... ordinary lagos to ogun by dhl is 5600Naira for paper in an medium sized envelope...

If u are lucky enough to see someone here who wants to jappa any time soon....u fit try reason with them....its a long shot though cos we nigerians can be superstitious with everything.

My permanent address is Delta but i inputted Abj (my family house) as delivery address bcus i ws at abj as at that time.
The only prob i had ws nipost delvery from lag to abj, it took 11days before it ws delivered to the said address after royal mail sent it to lag just within 2days.

This is NOT a UKVI rule but likely to be a rule made by your company for staff coming from abroad. Speak to your HR/Line manager/company representative handling your case about your plight and they will advise you appropriately.

But its clearly stated on d Home office workers and temporary workers guidance for sponsors. S3.9 Page 21 of 64 reads;

You must normally stop sponsoring the worker and inform us via your SMS account if the start date is delayed by more than 28 days after whichever is the latest of:
• the start date recorded on the worker’s CoS (including any amendment to that date you have told us about via SMS while the worker was awaiting a decision on their application)
• the date the worker’s entry clearance (visa) becomes valid
• the date the worker is granted permission to enter or permission to stay

Level 3 diploma HSC (initially we were told dat awardin body ws ATHE but at d end of d program they opt 4 UKquals only God knws if d cert get head).
There's also a 150hours placement at a reputable hospital, who gives u reference letter at d end of ur placement.
