One more question, what if the new school is in a different province entirely. Will that also fly? Because on the tracker, destination of the study permit is showing Ontario. What if the new school is in a different province all together??

From your "CV" you don't have any Health background. Shoot your shot bro. But you'll have to really proof why you want to change from your background to Health (a very strong SoP) should fly

You can however have backup plans tho. Courses related to your background, so you can apply to them bfr deadline should in case health admission do not fly.

Get reference letter from your undergraduate university if they request for Academic reference and Professional reference from your place of work if that is what they request for.
Personal Statement is like your intent, stating why you choose UK, why the university, why the course, your future career plan etc.

Unfortunately, unlike Trove and T212, Passfolio offers this as a premium/paid service of $10 monthly. Basically, stop loss means you set a specific limit/price below the amount the stock is currently trading. If the price falls to that amount the sell order is automatically triggered to help minimize your loss.

That way you may not need to constantly monitor the price movement. To the best of my knowledge, it is applicable for whole shares not fractional shares.
