Why are you not sleeping because of wrong accusations from a frustrated person, just do the needful by reporting him to the necessary quarters and try to leave that apartment for your safety

5. Grandma went to the market one day. I stole 4 cup of rice and cooked it. Mhen the curry, thyme and ONGA in that rice go reach cook jollof rice for party

Rice became so much and plenty. I had little to know knowledge about measuring the correct amount of rice you can “steal”, cook and finish the whole pot before grandma comes back.

What do I do to this much rice in the pot?

It’s a party!! Party after parry!!! I invited my clubs to come and enjoy. Mehnn we fed that day ehh. Grandma came and was suspicious of how and why my stomach looks big and shiny

Mind you, whenever you steal rice to cook. Be smart to cover all tracks. Replace the fire wood, the ingredients have been kept before that day sef. Make sure you steal the ingredients in large quantities and keep them for “future stealing’s”


Hours later, these kids started purgin and shitting nonsense, me gan I go relax for back yard dey shitt anyhow sef. Grandma wasn’t aware yet. Later I heard where’s “stupidity”


One of the kid couldn’t hold it anymore, he sold me out to his mom and his mom came to report me to grandma. This rest was history

If I should tell you what I faced in my papa house with my very own mum, you may not believe it. If I had heard about nairaland then, maybe I would have created a lot of thread seeking for advice on how to cope with my mum. But today, we are friends. The lady should just focus on the good side of that madam and continue with her life

I ahd my first child almost 4 yrs ago.

The 9 months of pregnancy was a breeze, no complications. I was excited all through until the 9months when I knew the baby would be coming anytime.
Watched discovery health channel every day of women going into labor and giving birth, Made me very nervous, sometimes I cried but always assured myself all would be well (I consoled myself by saying 'if my mum could go through this 5 different times, I can do it as well').
Labor started in the middle of the night at 11pm, but I really was not sure it was it until 2am when I could not ignore the pain, Unfortunately I was the only one home, my hubby was on his way back from NY attending his sisters' wedding. I called him and he was 30 mins away, Called my dad ( a retired MD in Nigeria) and he was literally timing my contractions on the phone as we spoke, he finally asked me to call my doctor because my contractions were 5 mins apart and miraculosly my hubby made it home in 15mins as oppsed to 30mins (he came with the police behind him. He was speeding all thru and the police tried to pull him over but he did not stop until he got to the house.) He then told them his wife was in labor and when they saw me, they helped get me to the car and we were on our way to the hopsital.

The drive to the hospital was most memorable, I cried and screamed when the contractions started and made jokes and laughed with my hubby in between (he was cracking the jokes). I saw him wipe his eyes twice during the ride ( he was trearing up seeing me in pain).
Got to the hospital, on epidural and some meds, gosh it was like heaven on earth, still in pain but the meds took the edge off. I prayed for my hubby during this time and thanked him for his love and care (he told me all this, I really didn't remember cos I was doped from the meds). I had labored for 13 hrs. My son peeped into the world with his body still inside of me, his shouldres were stuck and as the doctor asked me to push, I told him I couldn't my husban knelt down beside me and pleaded to try to push 1 last time, he told me I could do it, he gve me the courage to suck up the pain and push. Finally had my son at 1pm Saturday afternoon a week before Xmas (naming was on xmas day). He was beautiful, i cried as I saw my hubby cut the umbilical cord, he was gorgeous at 6lbs 10oz.

All went well could I not sit properly for a week because it still hurt a lil down there, but everytime I saw my childs' face, I KNEW IT WAS WORTH IT. I took him to the Ped, everytime he had a lil sneeze, cough or temperature. After visting the pediatrician almost every day for 2 weeks straight, they asked me to call a nurse line before comign in ( I guess they didnt want to see me anymore lol).

My son will be 4 in a month now, grown up to be a God loving, handsome bobo like his dad.

What are you doing for God? Are you a Christian? God has given you a gift that should be used in His house to make people happy. If you are not a worker in the church please try and join the workforce of your church and start doing something for God. The gift God gave you is to make people happy. Pray for more illumination and start doing something for God. God bless you.

It means she's stable financially and she chose to stick to him because she wanted to help the man

I was in a women's� conference where one of the invited guest told us her story. That when she was born and it was discovered by her father's family that it's a baby girl, they came not to celebrate with her family but to ask the father why he decided not to have a male child. So giving birth to her wasn't a thing of joy because she came when the family was expecting a male child. But now, her father always tell her that he's grateful to God that she came as a female child because she has been a huge blessing to the family. Later I was thinking on this her story and I realized that

A woman is somebody that can become something

A woman is tender but should not be taken advantaged of

A woman suppose not to be deprived of a quality education

A woman must know that she's wonderfully, marvelously and specially created

A woman should understand her beauty and cherish it

A woman must understand her uniqueness and take good advantage of it

A woman must not allow the society to intimidate her

A woman must know that she's a good determinant of a meaningful society

A woman should not be scared of saying NO to any form of abuse

A woman is a weapon that should be used to shapen our society
And it's obvious that there's no complete society without a woman

I pray you will not loose my brother, because she might not be able to get you the original result
