Was delayed today after 8weeks wait. No medical call.
Applied June 22nd, U of Guelph, diploma. My concern is it seems the VO didn't even look at the application cos there was no specific reason given. No box was checked. Please gurus how can I tackle this?

Photocopies are sufficient, just get them notarised if u can. They don't accept original documents at vfs except the admission letter and the SOA.

there are better firms in Nigeria that can offer that training at cheaper rate. why would a company spend millions on you?

. We use Oracle database but it is limited to a very large extent which led to my employers loosing so much in the past months. And they saw it fit trading their employees to acquire broad knowledge in SQL server database administration. research has it that it that America has one of the best database management systems.

Your case looks more like an agent packaged visa runs. I asked you earlier, why would your company invest millions in you just for database, when they can employ corpers like sirridy and pay them 30k? How long have you been working with them. well, no need to talk long story. I'm a graduate n my colleague collected his visa for the same program that same weds.
I use Oracle and the training on SQl server. you guys are smart but think before you write. Are there no schools in Nigeria.

why do your parents send you abroad? just a simple question. I tot I would get some breather here. quote me if you genuinely want to ,

it was 6.30 am appointment, left home late got got up at the third Maryland bridge. that's not enough, just wen I got a bike to beat the traffic, it started raining to make it all even interesting.

vo: typing..... what applications do you use.. started calling names..

told him 301... didn't add anything. wasn't explicit.

vo: sorry you are not qualified for a visa at this moment. hands me the blue paper.

the blue paper states that I have not demonstrate I will be consistent with my status and have not been able to show or prove that I have strong enough home ties. however I can't appeal today but I can reapply anytime.

I know I messed up on the confidence part, wasn't spontaneous, was in a hurry to answer the questions n I didn't submit my supporting documents which I had ( payslips, employment letter, leave approval, promotion memo, sponsorship letter addressed to the consulate n most importantly I didn't submit my fees payment receipt n admission letter. my program resumes on the 10th Oct, I have rescheduled another appointment for next week Tues 6th. gurus please

was delayed today by the guy in box13 today. not giving up. I am firing back with all confidence on Tuesday next week co I reapplied. what are my chances. gurus in the house. going for for a 6months vocational training in data base mgt sponsored by my employer.

M-1 visa is the kind a VO wants to give out than the F-1 because of the many limitations it carries and strictly makes a territorial guidelines for you, but you Need more Ties and Ties To ur home country than The F-1 Visa, because it less in Tuition and you only need an amount of weeks or few months as the case maybe in Terms of Accommodation, so a VO sees you as a potential Migrant higher than an F-1!

If Your answers to the questions below is yes, Then you have a bright chance...

Are You within the age of 28-31years?

Are you sponsoring yourself?

Does your statement have at least twice in the amount you are going to be paying for tuition and Accommodation?

Do you have any form of degree related to your vocational study in the USA?

Are You Married (optional).

You don't need any travel experience or be worried about Having people in the USA, M-1 Visa on its own is a Killer for any form of Migration antics, But this stated above does not determine your getting a Visa or Not, But your confidence with the above is going to lighten up things and put you way up there for a Visa, Assured!

I'm 27 , not married, its a company sponsored 6months certificate course buts it not related but I have a very strong interest for IT and it has taken me this far

please house, I have been a silent follower. I got admitted to an IT college in Atlanta GA.
The form I-20 is ready and has been scanned to me I have done the SEVIS payment and expecting the form I -20 and all other admission documents next week.
Is it out of place to book an appointment now . school resumes 1st week of October . I need all your experience
