UKRAINE SHOULD NOT JOIN NATO as that is one of Russia 's greatest concern or worry.

if they keep to the rule they will enjoy peace with Russia.

They should also give Independence to Luhansk and Donetsk region.

If Ukraine make all these concession they should begin to enjoy peace with Russia.
