I asked him to show me what he ordered and discovered he selected a DIY empty case for power bank whereby you'd have to put your own battery not more than 15000mAh inside. It was clearly written in the description but he didn't even bother to read it just because he saw 15000mAh for N1,200.

I'm not saying they are 100% accurate in their dealings but most mistakes come from the customer(s) purchasing their goods.
