Reasons for peters advantage over Tinubu.

I, the huge population of youth of all tribes are for Obi.

2, people are actually tired of APC as a party and they want a change in any direction.

3, more enlightened yorubas in Lagos and you can see how a lot a rooting for Obi. A lot of voters are just coming out in anger just to make sure that APC won't will election not just because they love Obi. They just want alternative.

4, Apart from the igbos, you have a lot of non yorubas peoples in Lagos who are not tribally sentimental.

5, you can give it to the igbos votes to go entirely for Obi.

6, there is a huge chances of non southern igbos and majority NC Christian lagosians to consider obi esp as a result of Muslim Muslim ticket.

7, this not the least but you know that in your heart of heart, out of the present 7.1 millions PVCs registered, there is no way you can't have at least 2 million of these from igbos alone. We can always try to deny this but is so real. I don't believe you are a dounce like the way you sound. 11.4 million are the PVCs collected and not the population of igbos, this is just for 5 SE states PVCs and not for millions of igbos in Lagos, Kano KADUNA etc. You can pretend to note that out of 7.1 million votes of Lagos that at least 2.5 are of Igbo stock of SE and SS.

SW have 6 states with 16 million registered voters. If you minus 7.1 million Lagos registered voters from Lagos state you will have probably less than 9 million votes for the whole 5 SW. That means the 5 SE States recorded of 11.4 million while the 5 SW states recorded only 9 million without Lagos which is Nomansland. That shows you Igbo voters are still strongest. Again, imagine the population of igbos PVCs in states like Ogun and Oyo where igbos are plenty apart from Lagos state. So in your 9 million PVC registered in 5 states of the west, you can imagine the population of igbos there in that population esp in ogun and Oyo where you guys testifies that igbos are migrating in huge numbers.

Now, the truth be told, many of you claimed that yorubas are not in the SE, and that may not be a lie. I bet you may not have upto 50 thousands SW in the east but you can get more than 100 thousand Northerners. Out of 11.4 mill in the east, you can be sure that 11 million of them are full Igbo but that cannot be said of your zone where you cry that igbos are migrating everyday. After the millions of igbos in SW, the Northerners esp hausas comes second. Your region is so diluted with non indegenous people and that's why Igbos has a record of electing an Igbo state and federal seats in Lagos.

Now if your analogy holds that 5 SE states of 11.4 million votes is 5% of Nigeria, I put it to you that the 5 SW states of votes of 9million is barely 4% yorubas. Even if you want to add Lagos 7.1 million to the 9 million SW already diluted population which makes it 16 million PVCs collected, you still have it at 7%.

Finally, remember the huge population of igbos in plateau, Kano, KADUNA etc which is always far higher than that of the yorubas in any of their states. I don't want to talk about about the igbos in SS states. I don't mean the indegenous igbos of asaba , Rivers etc, I mean the SE igbos in SS states are mind boggling.
