If I were Obiano I would have spend my time cleaning our major cities, planting not less than a billion trees a year , set up an efficient waste management system , invest more in our state University, teaching hospitals, College for teachers, build massive internal roads in Onicha, Nnewi and demolish that disgraceful eke Awka. Airport will come last because we can use the ones from neighboring states.
