What a shame in your post. Israel is barely 7million and Nigeria is almost 210 million and their GDP are almost thesame. The population of the first ten nation after Nigeria from your list are not even up to that of Nigeria. GDP is not actually a measure of development, technology or standard of living but ab expression of volume of trade and services of a nation. Nigeria is big for nothing. If you are to compare Nigeria with that of Israel, that's means Nigeria is GDP is expected to be 25 times higher than that of Israel for true comparison. Israel I hard control 2 % of the total world production/services while the whole of Africa is not even up to 1% . That why a country like Israel can match the whole of Arab world in terms of Agriculture, science and technology, IT, Modern medicine and pharmaceuticals.
Coming back home for example, Anambra state GDP may most likely not be among the first ten but in terms of advancement and development both in volume of money, banks, trade, human capital etc they will always come after Lagos, Abj and some times Rivers. Note all this three with exception of Rivers state of oil are actually commercial and administrative capitals of Nigeria with roboust Federal government infrastructure.
