I don't think the reason is far fetched from the general paranoid caused by the corona virus crisis.

Has anybody heard of the SG Arrival Card?

A visa agent contracted to help one of my friends obtain Singapore visa sent him a SG arrival card. He is insisting that the SG Arrival card is all needs to enter Singapore. I have my doubts. I think he still needs a valid Singapore visa.

Anybody with useful information should please enlighten us.
