@timileyin, dey cant av a situation whereby those that passed d assessment wld b more dan d number dey are willing to recruit. Firstly, u shld know dat d assessment cut off wld definitely b adjusted to a level dat wld accommodate just d required number of peeps dey r willing to employ or a bit above to allow for people dat wld still b dropped in d documentation and medical stage.

As for d personality test trial stuff, brother leave dat thin mehn . . . . E fit break ur heart. Was trying dem out 2weeks ago but had to stop when i kept getting disappointing results

Did u partake in the Assessment Centre exercise in Lagos? If yes, when was ur assessment? If not in lag, wch of the states? If any of d above applies to u den how come no other person on this thread attend d 'documentation' exercise? Could it be that FBN are already sending msgs/mails to candidates who passed their AC? Plz is there anyone on this thread who's gotten any such msgs?

I think u can help us on this thread with more info as to why/how ur invitation for documentation and interview was not gotten by any other person on here. Or could it be that d position u applied for was not the Graduate Trainee position?

All the same I empathise with u on this one. I believe such an experience isn't one anyone wud savour in any way whatsoever. Just be easy okay. God'll make better provisions for you.

P.S: Abeg people has any other person gotten any invite for documentation/interview?

The Ibadan recruitment process was actually meant to recruit contract staffs. It has nothing to do wit d ongoing 2013 FBN graduate trainee recruitment exercise.

ernyme: Today is that day dat I had d worst banking recruitment experience of my life..imagine we were invited for documentation and interview in Ibadan..yes..Ibadan and we were waiting outside d door since 8am till 5pm..and d worst moment came wen d cordinator showed absurd guts to tell us that they've found d ppl they need and we should all go home till further notice..no forms to fill,no documents or credentials submitted,nothing!..and they even showed no hidden credence in showcasing their man-know-man attitude by bringing out some small teared sheet of paper with names written on it and calling some ppl in one after the other...highest evidence of tribalism also involved..and YES I said this.."One of the coordinating staffs actually told us that all the interviewers have their own candidates"..my point is:*why invite so many ppl wen u already have ur candidates?..*how could u stand ppl up for a whole day without a single courtesy?(PS-dis ppl came from different states with nowhere to sleep)...*e nogo beta for FBN ibadan branch!...if u are wondering which bank..yea u saw FBN..its First bank..d headquarter gangan @ molete challenge road and all dis happened today the 14th of NOVEMBER,2013..quote me!

idaal: @xtanburg, pls can you help clear our concern on statement of result?Is a letter signed by the university registrar required alongside our statement of result? I have mine but don't have a letter and with the schools on strike, dnt know how to handle that.

U wld require a letter from your registrar acknowledging dat u r yet to b given ur original certificates. One of d assessors who briefed us on d documentation procedure emphatically stated dis on the day of my Assessment. I don't think d ongoing strike wld stop u from getting such a letter. Request for such letters are handled by NASU staffs and not Academic staffs
