I don't think it's possible to pay for EOR via transfer. But even if it possible, you would still need to visit their office to submit the EOR form and the hardcopy of your result. I will advise you raise a draft in the name of British Council, download the EOR form online and fill it, attach the hard copy of your result and a copy of your international passport and courier it to them. In my case, I included an authorisation letter because I asked a friend to submit it on my behalf. I couriered everything to the friend and she submitted on my behalf. canadianxmas: Guys please weigh in. Has anyone been able to apply for EOR in proxy? Reason being, there is no British council office close to me. Can I use a pay for the EOR via bank transfer method? |

Hello, I understand your worry. My transcript was sent to WES on 19th Dec and was delivered on the 21st of Dec. WES did not get across to my school until the 4th of January. You may try contacting them through the "Contact us" page. oladoyinsola: Hello house, kindly help me with some clarifications. I sent my result to WES for evaluation by courier and it was delivered on 17th January 2018, but WES didn't acknowledge receipt until 19th January 2018.
Even after acknowledging, they said they're working on the result. Up till now, they haven't shown any update let alone send the result back to my school for verification. I learnt that this stage is supposed to be for 2-3 days after which WES will contact my school to verify the result.
I need insights into what could have happened as this delay is confusing to me,help out. Thanks for your help. |

My morale just weak. Didn't know the back page of writing answer sheet was also available to be written on. I went on struggling to squeeze my 250 words on the front page only. It was just too late when I realized. I feel so depressed, hoping for a miracle nonetheless! |

I really wished it turned out a testimony...... My heart bleeds! Newmum0615: Sorry about your experience, but may I categorically say that you didn't practice your writing or if you did, you used plain or notebook paper instead of using the sample answer sheet? If you had, you woulda become familiar with writing with it. I pray you come out successful in the end. Awaiting your testimony.

Thank you very much mcstan18: Well, from experience, WES doesn't take up to the maximum time they communicate to update profiles. In my case, my school uses DHL so I tracked using both DHL and the WES document tracker. DHL delivery time coincided with WES receipt time and my profile was updated in less than 6 hours even though they said 24-48hours. It is also possible they're on Christmas holiday (not so sure though). I think you should contact them here https://www.wes.org/contact-us/, call their direct line on +12129666311 if you are in haste or wait until January in case my suspicion is true. |

Good Samaritans who are done with WES, please how long did it take WES to update your account account after the delivery of your transcript? wizean: Please, how long does it take WES to update one's account on the receipt of transcript? I was asked to give 24-48hrs for the update after the package tracker acknowledged delivery to WES (21/12/17). But that is long overdue and Iam still yet to have my account updated as regards the receipt of my transcript. Can it take as long as a week? |

Alright, thanks lovetree: @wizean....tweet at WES. I had issues with them as well. Sent them messages, even called them but my issue was not solved. Someone advised here I address them via twitter. My issue was resolved the next day. So just go to twitter and lay your complaints. Seems that works faster |

Hello, My wife has a similar issue and it has really left me worried. I searched online for people who had similar issues and how they managed it. I learnt conducting medical tests for a pregnant woman should actually be her choice to make, considering the risk that comes with exposure to x-rays. Its generally said that a protective shield can be worn for a pregnant woman to protect the baby while the test is carried out. However, most medics would vehemently refuse to carry out an x-ray for a pregnant woman. The question is : 1. Would the hospital where you would take the x-ray have the "protective shield" to protect your baby? 2. Would the medic be willing to carry out the test even when you oblige to taking the test considering the inherent risk? You can visit the link below and see if it can be of help in any way. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/cec-application-filed-pregnancy-during-the-process.161671/superdoll: Goodevening people, congratulations to all ITA and PPR recipients.
