I have been given quit notice more than 5 times, the first time I was scared because the man gave me 30 days without owing him, I end up spent One year, Most landlord don't go to lawyer to give you quit notice, if you are giving a a quit notice and you felt cheated approach a lawyer, instead of leaving in fear, your lawyer will lead you through the problem we always have as a tenant is that lawyer will charge you too much, if you are open to your lawyer, your lawyer will always help you

Arrests and charges are for criminal cases,Davido I meant to Issue a write or claim, file it in court and serve on them to enter appearance and defence within stipulated time. Simple.
