Yes. It's possible. She should get a lawyer etc and negotiate two years repayment. I did same with a bank though without lawyer

A couple of things came up when I needed to make some promotional items and marketing tools for the brand, I couldn't get the logo in good format for printing, even the designer (perhaps you, as you have stated) couldn't get the files. So, we had to settle for another logo from another designer.
