I think Awolowo claimed the 2/3 of 19 states was 13 while the court insisted it was 12 and not 13.
Going by the judgement, the 2/3 of 37 states is 24 and not 25 but then I'm even confused the more as to why it's so.

Obasanjo Lacks Credibility - Sowore Slams Obasanjo For Condemning 2023 Election Result

Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, has tackled former president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo after he wrote an open letter to President Buhari, asking him to order the cancellation of any result that the credibility is in doubt and order a fresh election in places where elections were disrupted for next Saturday, March 4th 2023, IGBERETV reports.

Reacting to Obasanjo's letter, Sowore said he has no “credibility” to talk about fraudulent elections, alleging that the former president organised some of the most fraudulent elections during his 8 year tenure as president of Nigeria.

Only for me to discover the person the day he came to the RCCG Parish I attended along thesame street.

We had thesame surname and first names but from different families and different states. He was from Oyo State and I was from Info.

What a coincidence it was.

They don't have agents to monitor elections in over 170,000 polling boots nationwide.

LP don't have money to cover allowances and stipend for agents. It means they can't go to court to seek redress if there is no witness on ground should their be rigging against the party.

To register for voters card -struggle
To collect voter's card - struggle
To register for NIN - struggle
To collect NIN - struggle
To vote during election - struggle
To register for WAEC/NECO/JAMB - struggle
To write any exams in the country - struggle
To check your result in any of the exams - struggle
To enter public transportation - struggle
To come down from public transportation - struggle
To open bank account - struggle
To deposit money - struggle
To withdraw money - struggle
To purchase employment form - struggle
To get interviewed - struggle
To register for any programme - struggle
To buy petrol/kerosine/gas - struggle

The struggle to get things done no matter how ordinary it is in Nigeria is just endless. Too much struggle. Very hard before a Nigerian gets anything done without struggling and fighting for it.

Some students were reported to have fainted in UNICAL due to the same struggle.

People struggle in banks, faint and die

Same in petrol stations
