You may say whatever you like about the man or his university. But the truth is that the university and her students are doing very well. Covenant university students that do internship in my office are exceptionally good. They are so good that the management retain many of them except for those who want to further their studies.


This generation don't want law and order. They desire freedom without restrictions. Can you do tattoo or deadlock and go for job interview? The school has rule and regulations. If you feel you can abide by them why going there then?

For me Pig is the most lucrative of all farm animal. If you manage your pigs very well. It can litter twice a year and each litter can give you between 10 to 15 piglets or more. And you can have 100% survival of the piglet when manage well. No other farm animal can give you that.

The gestation (pregnancy) period of the female pig is 114 days. She will be ready to be bred another time around 5-7 days after her pigs are weaned (removed from nursing). Thus if you wean the litter of pigs at 21 days of age she will come into estrus (heat) around 26-28 days after farrowing (giving birth).

The omoonile gave the surveyor a part of the land from which he surveyed. Is the surveyor that now want to sell the land to me. The land is in a rural area of Ayiepe in Ogun state.

What are the documents a vendor need to give to a purchaser of land. The land in question doesn't have red copy survey. Kindly,advice. Thanks

I really sympathize with you. You have made a great mistake in your marriage i hope it will be redeemable. I think it is wisdom to consolidate and finish all the projects this Administration has started since inception before dabbling into another one.
