-Warm feet very important. It was extremely warm here but I wore socks until my bfp.
-I also divided a pineapple core ( the hard middle part of a pineapple) into 5 parts and ate one each day from the day before my transfer.
No bed rest. Be a little active but don't over work urself. Being active increases blood flow to the uterus.

I also ate a pomegranate on the day of transfer and the day after.

Laugh alot. Watch comedy shows or be around people who make u happy. No stress needed at this time of ur life.

I don't know if the above points helped but it gave me peace of mind that I was actually doing something and it was a success so why not?

No I don’t have PCOS but was diagnosed of low AMH but during my last ivf the doc was not concerned about it, he said since my FSH was below the borderline that I don’t need to worry and yet I never responded well to the drugs during stimulation

Someone here just prescribed ova boost ( from the same brand as FHPRO) for me and which I just got but I got to find out it contains myo-inositol which is not good for people with DOR but it helps poor responder , now I don’t knw if to discontinue using it or I should stay on it?

thanks for replying, i actually did all you listed above for 3 months, infact I stopped eating all our regular foods, was eating more of vegetables, drinking smoothies, I replaced white rice with brown rice, burgur wheat eating oat in short I stopped everything totally and I reduced so much in weight and yet only 2 eggs was retrieved even with the AFC of 9.

I had same doubts as well. The most shocking/suspicious part was how I easily gained admission without much stress. I had to call the school(USW) to confirm this and they actually sent me a mail confirming the genuineness of the admission though they still referred me to my UNICAF student advisor. The motivating factor is that my certificate will read USW and wouldn't read UNICAF neither will it state that I did the course online. I just paid the application fee and part of my tuition, will resume classes soon and hope to come out with record-breaking grades.

Sorry I am just seeing your message. Ivf is 1.3m but they run promo from Dec to april(900k) yearly. Success rate is quite OK. Not less na 55% then when I reviewed their reports.
