So what will I do for me to pass through the consular this time?

If you have submitted just the same information then you will be refused again, same as last time
you will loose your money again!
Can you not see and understand that you must look at the reasons given for refusal and correct what is wrong.

The first thing you must do is to accept that you will not get another visitor visa!
Even if you have not been given an outright ban, your record is against you.
You have shown that you can not be trusted to leave on time.

You should now try to apply to other countries and proove that you will leave on time.
Then prehaps try again in five or ten years.
Even an application for spouse visa will now be hard because of your record.

Along with many people you have the facts wrong.
The visa officer wants to make SURE that you have enough money for your trip.
A bank statement can be faked or you could have borrowed the money just to boost your account.
A tax certificate only shows you income over a long period of time and that things are stable.
They don't care how much tax you pay! They only look at the strenght of your funds for the trip.

The most important lesson for others to learn is that the OP. tried to be clever with the entry officer
instead of giving a simple, honest answer.

It was a very expensive lesson for him.

He tried to be clever with his answers to the official at point of entry and got hot slapped!

Remember these people are doing a stressfull job and may have been working for hours seeing thousands of people.
You might think that you are being funny but their reaction may be rejection stamp!
No one has a "right of entry" they have the power to send anyone back home. Remember that.

There are very few jobs in North (or south) Cyprus.
You must go with sufficient funds for ALL your tuition and accomodation for the full length of your study.

If they have asked you to pay first then this is what you must do.

The trouble is that if CVs are posted here, even with personal information removed
there are some people who will just copy them for their own use or to sell.

Be carefull what you put on a public website!

If you use a statement printed in June when entering in August
it shouts to entry control that the funds are no longer in the account!
They will check and you could be looking at the next plane back home with a ban in your passport.

Get an up to date honest statement close to your travel date.

Agents don't like to give out information because you could then see how easy it is to apply and how little they do for your money!

It always seems to me that people forget that to live and more so to work in these countries

The university will only be advising you based on what they have experienced with past student visa applications.

That looks strongly like an Agent, I am not convinced that the information is correct.
There is a Very simple answer.
Instead of asking here for peoples oppinion, YOU should contact the U.K.B.A. either in the U.K. or Nigeria and ask them.
They will only say yes or no. Nothing else will happen to you!

You could bring your spouse if you meet the rules.
But to study she needs a student visa, not dependent.

You could be much worse off if you use his invitation.
Having a close relative and ex soldier suddenly appear that you did not mention last time looks like you were hiding things!
If the visa officer suspects deception on your first application it could be bad.

Car ownership is very easy BUT you must follow the rules.
All cars must be in good condition, safe and road legal (unlike Nigeria) this is what the MOT checks every year (you pay for this every year.)
The car must be registered in someones (your ) name.
You must pay insurance.
You must pay vehicle excise licence.

NOTE as you drive the whole system is computerised and many cameras can instantly check all details are paid up to date!
