rooladojar:No problem as long as you have something to show CBP officers. Just tell them the truth, it is cheaper travel. |
larion:Well the first thought Tier 4 visa is for study How will she cope with pregnancy, giving birth, managing baby and completing her study? Perhaps better to defer the school than risk failing and wasting money. Also you must budget to pay large hospital and doctors bills for birth in the UK. |
Beehandz:Sorry but travel to other African countries, even South Africa will not improve her chances at all. The only travel that will help is to go and return from countries like USA. UK. or Shengen. Everyone is judged on ties to prove return to home and robust finances. |
bbidakin:Sorry to have to say this but sometimes advice is not what you want to hear. If you have struggled to collect as little as $100-00 Then how will you pay for all the other things required? There will be many things to pay for not least air ticket, visa, school fees and accomodation. If your finances are not strong then perhaps USA school is not for you. It would be a crime to wast what little money you have starting an application that you can not finish. |
You can read plenty of information online. http://www.studentworldonline.com/article/law-schools-in-the-uk-for-international-students/88/ How do I qualify as a barrister in the UK? 1. sobatec:Not possible! Already thousands of people from Afghanistan Syria Libya and southern Africa. Living and dying in refugee camps trying to get onto UK bound lorries. UK boarder patrol is very strict and very efficient. If you get to France without papers you will starve and freeze in refugee camps. This is unless you are murdered by touts and criminals on the way. Forget this idea there is no future being illegal in Europe! |
Dammysmart:It's possible he will. But it's equally possible he will not! He could even be in Administrative processing for months, anything can happen. Why do you think that we are fortune tellers to predict the future? More so because we do not know any details of the case! |
AyaSho:Two things here are red flag. Working in church? what do you mean? R1 is not for working. "Change over after a while" So her intention is to try to stay over after using religious visa to gain entry? That is not at all in the spirit of an R1 visa! Using religion to try for a back door entry is immoral! |
folarinstr:The position of USA visa authority is that EVERYTHING on your vis application is YOUR responsibility. There is no "Agent did it and I didn't know" get out. They have heard the story too many times. Have you been actually issued a ban? |
Have you given any thought to the fact that to work in a Korean factory you WILL need to speak and understand the Korean language? |
Are you saying that it is wrong for a country to deport people breaking it's laws just because they are Nigerian? These are drug dealers, Yahoo Yahoo boys and p-rostitutes! Genuine students and workers with papers might get questioned but they have nothing to worry about unless they break laws. |
A simple search on Google for "Egypt visa from Nigeria" Would have given you all the information. http://embassyabuja.com/egyptian/tourist-visa-for-egypt/ |
Supplanter:The most important thing is to PROVE that you will return after your visit. Then have robust finances. Going to visit an older female friend looks like a marriage set up to gain immigration. Your ties to home will need to be very strong. |
bcashy:We tire ooo of Idle people that will not help themself! If you can not bother to do one search we can not be bothered to waste time helping you! |
bcashy:Well if you told us by bus, or flight would help! Use Google and you will get a quick answer. |
Aguanomwan:You have made 12 posts all about the same question. If people have answers they will reply no need to keep repeating the question like a little child begging for sweets. |
Joey40:To go to the UK and work as a LEGAL immigrant You will FIRST need to obtain a highly skilled job with a UK firm Who will then sponsor your visa. Beware that you do not end up as an illegal, washing dishes, or cleaning floors and looking over your shoulder for immigration 24hrs per day. |
Salami71:Do you expect a visa officer or a CBP officer to believe that you need to go to the USA to learn plumbing? |
I think from your posts that you are desperate to get any visa to Canada to then overstay and become an illegal. Or to try back door into USA. We do not help people to act illegally. |
Rapahel1116:Your best way to lean, and get facts is to use Google to find schools and then study their web sites. Make notes and then you will be better equipped if you apply. Nothing in life is easy and no one can give you all the information here. |
48-airline-policies-whilst-pregnant For Air France, travel beyond 36 weeks requires a medical certificate. http://www.gurgle.com/guides/pregnancy/48-airline-policies-whilst-pregnant |
centboy123456:The whole point of this board is to post information for all to learn not begging for private phone numbers! You should read from page 1 then you will lean much. https://www.nairaland.com/3285858/general-u.s.a-student-visa-enquiries-part |
Olayinka15:Yes that is probably the only way to use that money. Get Naira cash then buy Dollar on the black market. |
Note for everyone re-applying. Remember U.K. (and USA.) have everything that you said or presented in previous applications on computer records. They can access this at any visa centre, anywhere in the world. Make sure that anything that you present matches with your old application. Or that any changes can be backed up with facts and evidence. |
myright:No need to spam the forum posting the same question everywhere! |
