If you got it from the USA embassy it's real.
If you got it from a stall in the market it's not real!
If you got it from a Thief agent it's probably fake.

Tourist visa is for a visit not work
You are proposing to become an illegal in their country.
No one will give you advice on breaking the law.

Everyone trying this just makes it more difficult for genuine people.

Yes for now, the tuition might look cheaper than others but what the point spending your "hard earned " money on a degree from a school that will do little or nothing for your RESUME . I think you should re-think this school if its MBA

I keep saying "check the quality of the school and their employment record.
But no one listens!
It's just cheapest school with no tests.

Then they can not get employment and all that money is gone.

Yes, I was on a Tier4 in 2014 and that expired in september 2015. I returned to Nigeria and Travelled on a Visiting Visa in June 2016 of which I was given a 6 month visa. I returned in December 2016

Ok clear now.

I think that applying for three weeks and staying for five months is going to take a lot of explaining!

@Justwise, I didn't overstay my visa. I was given a six month Visa and stayed for 5 months. While I was applying I indicated I will visiting for 3 weeks.

Hello house, thanks for ur wonderful information here. my wife won visa lottery in 2011 and am her beneficiary and we went for interview in 2012 January but we were denied then. Now we want to apply for non immigrant visa to travel to usa soon for our wedding anniversary, my question now is: when ask if I have been denied visa before, am I going to fill yes or no? Remember, I am my wife beneficiary in the visa lottery and it is only my wife was interviewed then but we both submitted application and went for interview. Thanks.

I suggest honesty.
Add a note stating the lottery refusal
but make sure that your ties to prove return home are strong and your finances robust.

The worst that can happen is a refusal.
If you were to be caught lying then it could be a long ban.

We have said this before but it is worth repeating.

Make SURE that your host will be available to take a phone call around the time of your arrival.
Check that any hotel booking is still valid at the time of your arrival.

We do hear tales of people being refused entry because one of these can not be confirmed!

Oh ladyGuinivere it's, not easy to accept defeat just like that.. So much has been spent for the cofference registration and some other things to a week hotel booking which cost almost $1200 for few days and you think he should just let go of the conference which is starting 17th.. He has nothing to hide and i believe he is going to get it this time around.. All he needs is to explain himself real good and sound interesting to the VO. Thanks for your kind word.

The usual things like letter from employer, property, family.

What exactly was written on the letter she was given on refusal?

and your comment on low cost.
It looks like you might not have funds to complete your schooling.

If funds will not cover acceptable schools in the USA then you must think again.
Look at more affordable countries like Cyprus.
A degree from a good school in Europe is more likely to get you employment than one from a poor college in USA!

I think the person is planning / hoping to end up with a job in the USA, not to return to Nigeria.
This is quite possible, especially if they get exceptional grades as this is what employers are looking for.

With simple and clear documents
show money in and out of your bank account and how it ties in with the company.

Claiming directorship without proving financial ties will not fly.
