I got admission in university of applied science bremen for my masters program , but I don't want to go to the school. I just to use the means to go to germany.
(1) I want to know if my dad can sponsor me. He works in an oil company and he earns 500K monthly. He refused to open a block account for me. WiLl germany give me visa if he signs?
(2) Can I apply for schengen visa?
(3) What will be my stand if I go to germany with going to the school?

You can't have UK bank account opened for you while you still live in Nigeria. That is fraud

Never come across somebody who used foreign bank statement to apply for student visa. How about getting the money transferred into your Nigerian account? She can pay your fees and send you the maintenance money.

I second justwise advice.

I would say with the letter you write, address each point they made to refuse you e.g. Regarding no deposit, explain about your insurance and refer to the letter you get from insurance company. Regarding not enough funds explain clearly your account balance and also an estimate of the cost of your2 weeks stay to show you do have enough funds. As justwise said hopefully another ECO looks at the case positively.

I finally decided to go for University of greenwich and i already paid the pre registration deposit, then i have this university representative in Nigeria(agent) who is guiding me through..
Now my course starts September and she said i cant apply for a visa now? That its too early? She said month end? How so is this?
