I am about applying for a visa with my wife and 2 kids for Christmas holiday. I applied in 2010 alone and then I was working but got denied. Now I have a business of my own with a couple of investments too.

I have traveled to Schengen this year, spent two weeks and recently just got back from Dubai with my family this August after 10 days vacation .

I asked someone today how to go about applying for the visa , I was told I need to fill phone number for someone I know in the states in the form as my contact in the states and not compulsory I stay with the person in the states.

I want to know if I can apply same way I applied for the Schengen , I mean just with hotel reservation and flight as I have no direct relative in the states I will fill as my contact.

Also I will like to know about form filling and getting appointment for 4 of us too.

I applied for the US visa for i and my son just a year old we had our interview with the consular some days back, but this consular we met @ d embassy was really freaking. he denied me a visa due 2 d fact dat i stated that i was a student.we had our documents complete the visiting letter from a friend the friend's statement of a ccount bcus she is d sponsor, her family are employers overthere 2. So i would be tending anoda Visiting visa dis time together with my husband who is a legal practitioner,pls i would like to know the basics to go this time around to making my USvisa a success as a family going together.would really appreciate ur replies.

Please my questions are, is the period enough for me to apply for a visiting visa? if she eventually comes to Nigeria just for a visit and not for wedding this time. If she goes back to US, can I be eligible to apply for a visiting visa to go and visit her? In a situation whereby the visiting visa is issued to me, when she comes back for the wedding, when she goes back to file for my spouse visa, would the visiting visa be canceled to enable her file for my spouse visa? But re: relative, the definition of immediate relative excludes siblings. I don't want to enter the wrong response while trying to be as forthcoming as possible.

My sister whom I invited to the US was denied a non-immigrant visa two weeks ago. I'd just gone through her visa forms now and there's a section I'm not quite clear if she answered properly.

To the question: "do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the US ", she answered NO.

Is this the right response? I want to reapply for her and I am wondering if this is one of the reasons she was denied. The definition of immediate relative I got online seems to suggest she was right but I want to be sure.

At bolded, No one argues that, even a baby knows that but you have NO RIGHT to say a certificate is worthless. You are not the one paying his fees and that same "worthless" certificate according to you still beats certificates of some schools in the world.

And from your response to his post, he never asked you about his school nor its certificate but you Just decided to be insensitive as usual by talking about his school and certificate.
Learn how to chose and use your words carefully when responding online as many other people read what you write.

I was to resume before 20th of this month. I am behind schedule because I was waiting for a scholarship.

I am saving towards that 1-day priority because I have only had my maintenance fees in my account for just 8 days. If everything goes well, I should be in the UK by October ending (by God's grace).
