The constitution of Nigeria hasn't been used since 1966 and the military decree that some call "constitution" was written by a section of the country for their people. The real Nigeria constitution was written in the 60's. It's the only valid constitution and the one all Nigerias agreed to.

Even if they are for votes alone, I won't be worried because Trump has said "they will not allow rigging again" The 2020 was a sting operation to catch them in the act.
