try rubbing Shea butter on the nose bridge it should help him breath clearer , it's normal for babies to breath like that as their air way matures or something like that.

Well vit c generally boosts immunity in kids..I think it kinda helped too... Try placing a warm small towel over his nose when its really congested..that worked for me

My dear...I also experienced same with my LO when he was about 6weeks plus..I took him to d Hosp and dey prescribed silver bird+ vit c...I used d silver bird in hot steaming water for him to inhale from time to time but it dinylt work for him( u can try it sha..it might work for u just put a drop of it in a a lil bucket of hot water and get him to inhale the steam from it.. ) What I did was to reduce the fan and also close the windows half way or entirely when it gets reallt cold at night and then when it seems like the invinsible[b][/b] cattarh is blocking the nose, I soak a small towel in warm water and dab it gently over his nose to relieve the congestion a bit.

Funny enough hes 14weeks plus now and still breathes like that atimes when its cold but its not a serious as it used to be...

Good afternoon sabi mama's, my 7weeks old breathe in the night and most mornings like he has catarrh. What can I use?I have a nasal aspirator but fear no gree me use am.
I read here about silverbird and hot water. Does it work and how can I use it pls

This looks more like a reaction.
try and get original coconut oil/shea butter for cream.
I use sebamed baby soap for my ds and we've been without skin issues from birth.

Please which if the sebamed do you use?

Good afternoon senior mummies...am happy to be here again, I hrd my baby last week Tuesday. please I need urgent suggestion on how to go about this. I was feeling like my stitches have loosed down here and to confirm my fear i checked with mirrior and I saw it losses like a wound nw. please what should I do before is too late

Here were the mistake I made during mine
Sitting on hot water( use warm water instead)
Bending down( squart if you have to bend down)
Sitting on a soft chair/bed ( use yard surfaces, it hurts but trust me it will help heal it faster. I used a small stool known as apoti
Try and sit with your legs closed.
Do try to see your doctor. Cheers side, let me know how it goes

Fellow mums i dont know if anyone has experienced this while breastfeeding before.

I have this boil just around my areola and its quite painful and parts of my breast is red. I have read a lot about mastitis and it seems thats what i have.

Went ti the hospital and was given antubiotics and ibruprofen the doctor said there us no puss in it cos it doent look whitish. I dont know if anyone had experienced this before. The pain is really bad. Biko i need suggestions

Hope this is not coming late, if going on public transport. From ojodu board a bus to onipan, use the pedestrian bridge to the other side, you will see a police station, walk to where the bikers are and tell them you are going to ambode health center.
If mobile get to onipan, go through the road where the police station is, you can ask a bike man to lead you there.

So I went for rota yesterday at ambode primary health center somolu. Got there at 7:00am left at 10am. Thanks to Lioha and other mama's that helped in answering my question. You saved me 18k

The name of the street is anifowoshe street(shomolu market) I have forgotten the number. I took four vaccines that day. Two on the laps and two orally. You can only give paracetamol if fever is developed after the vaccines.

Mamas please i need your help. What would you guys consider as normal 'lochia'? I'm 3weeks plus postpartum and at 2weeks i stopped bleeding bright red but by the 3rd week, i noticed bright red blood.

I read that d normal process is bright red, then the yellow thing. I was already seeing that yellow discharge but why bright red all of a sudden again?

Had same issue, started seeing bright red at around 3rd or 4th week, some people said it was stress induced. It went back to yellow/ brown discharge last week. I am 6 weeks postpartum. Maybe you should see your doctor though.

Sabi mama's pls your opinion is needed. How many times can I feed(EBF) my DS in a day. He's 3 weeks 3 days, I usually feed on demand,( say 9 to 11 times from 12am) but these days I noticed his stomach has become much more bigger and he's not even adding weight. He doesn't appear like I am breastfeeding him. He weighed 2.7 at birth. Stayed in the hospital for a week due to jaundice, he weighed 2.9 when we were discharged.

No requirement u will be given a card there and the necessary immunisation at 6weeks u will be ask if u would like to continue with them.. go with newspaper sha or 20naira to buy

Good evening, what are the requirements to collect the rota vaccine at ambode health center? My baby will be 6 weeks in 2 weeks time, can I also collect the vaccine due at 6 weeks there. I don't have an immunization card.
