Honestly Lagos state government need to put strict measures for defaults who dump refuse irresponsibly in drainage system to pay huge fine after taking them to psychiatric hospital and locking them at temp prison.

Just look at the horrible state of lagos streets in mainland due to nonchalant attitude of people.

Also, I hope Lagos state government speed up the waste management process to recycle the refuse for energy purposes.
