The world's map statistics show that Asia and Africa are so corrupt.

Australia, Northern Europe and Northern America are clean.

When they move their headquarters to the west(Lagos State) which i'm sure is their next hub, they shouldn't come drill oil in Rivers State.
Sure but make your region viable for business first by warning your pipeline sabotages and vandals to stop posing threats to the E&P companies. Why won't they relocate to lagos and other regions when there are no security challenges.

It's good we promote our own. Harnessing the leather produce from northern part of the country, aba boys making the shoes and yoruba boys packaging it well will make it compete with international shoe brands.

Yeah, y'all booted bad for worse how good.

I hope we'll be wise enough not to make this kind of mistake next time, voting an illitrate was just the height of it.
Well... definitely. Nigerians cannot afford to vote bad let alone worse. I hope we won't make the mistake of voting vomits or chronicles of evil cabals in the next election.

I wish Nigerians can be united to speak as one voice but tribalism and religion has created so much cracks in the system.

cheesy

All they wanted was getting GEJ out of power, and not looking at long term, the sad part was seeing educated individuals support him...

See the mess they put us now, Shame to them all!
One thing can be picked from the last presidential election which spins out from the fact that for the 1st time the people's vote and voice were heard. No regrets GEJ was booted out but voting for PMB is a decision between the devil and deep blue sea.

It's obvious PMB has failed and I doubt if he will complete his tenure.

Well meaning Nigerians like me want good governance and this shouldn't be based on the fact that the leader must be from a particular religion or tribe.

If it's someone from SS, SE, SW, MB, NE, etc that will fix Nigeria mess and I see him/her as someone capable, I will vote for the person.

Politics › Re: Discos Rejecting Load – Kanji MD by wristbangle: 6:36pm On Jan 25, 2017
Times like this prompt me to say the problem of this country is endemic; that is, we Nigerians are the major problem of ourselves. What justification can be given to why these DISCOS were/are rejecting the power if not for their selfish reason to make masses purchase PMS and DPR which centres around their personal business. The wickedness in this country is not just created by government but her citizens.

Also, some of the masses need to share in the blame because some people boycott heavy gadget on direct link from transformers hence creating revenue loopholes for these discos.

Lol. You don't need to twist words. How many media outlets talked about it? Did you even see a thread about it right here on NL?

Besides u didn't answer all my questions

1
Was every terrorist attacks and ongoing ISIS treachery reported on NL? The prevalence of these demons are too much that is why forums like NL decided to headline it. If such prevalence happens in Christian countries, ofcourse the media will air it. Who doesn't want to make money.

Why didn't this attack fly?
Why didn't they tag it a terrorist attack?
Why didn't they tag the guy a terrorist?
Why didn't they tag the attacks the west unleashed on Libya, Syria, Iraq et al terrorist attacks?

You see the hight of double standards and hypocrisy.

The reason you have lost count is simply because the west won't stop bombing.

Who are the west?
What is their religion(s)?

1
If it didn't fly, the media house in that link wouldn't have posted it. Between it was on the news bro. Google it to confirm. No one is playing hypocrisy here

This happened in Japan last year

https://www.google.com.ng/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/world/2016/jul/25/tokyo-knife-attack-stabbing-sagamihara?client=ms-android-samsung

The news didn't really travel because it wasn't carried out by a Muslim neither was the attack tagged terrorism

Regarding Turkey, Islam has been the dominant religion for decades. I don't know where you read or heard your "recent extreme dominance of Islam"

1
Yes I know it's decade but early 2000 downwards, turkey is not as violent as it is now.

The link explains only one terrorist attack in Japan but how many can we account for islamic countries? I have lost count bro.

I am not talking economy, i am talking terrorism.
As u saying that there is prevalence of terrorism in Germany?

Well... countries who have banned Islam are enjoying peace (for e.g Japan and china). Not that I support this move but if it is necessary for peace to reign, so be it.

Look at turkey case, a country which used to be peaceful has become violence of recent due to extreme dominance of Islam.

My sympathy goes to innocent muslims who will be affected by this law.

Let's ask ourselves this candid question, nations dominated by Islam, are they peaceful? Your guess is as good as mine. Though only few can be exempted like UAE.

DeLaRue:
Biggest problem for Airtel, Etisalat and to a lesser extent MTN is GLO.

Glo has made it a very challenging market for operators because of its very low prices.

Airtel will eventually flee Nigeria. Etisalat will prob stay longer becos Arabs do not like to be 'defeated' when it comes to money, but how long can they keep losing money.

I'm not sure if Glo is making profit, but it seems willing to sink its competitors and prob itself. It's a dangerous game, but I think in the medium term only MTN & Glo will be left and then prices will likely go up.
Who told you they are not making profit. Adenuga's wealth increase sporadically at 2016 of which comes from the telecommunication arm of his business.

Very greedy marketers. The profit realised despite th current forex trading and landing cost of this fuel is still reasonable but this useless people want to become bill gate over night hence the reason why they proposed N 165 / L. They know that the era where the pump price of N86/L is over where they will hoard & divert the product for their personal gain.

Relax, don't tear your drawers... You can't say northereners are getting sacked & corruption is getting a knock in the same breath, stick with one narrative ..... They are either corrupt & getting served or they are being unfairly targetted ...

Hameed Ali (one of Bubu's deft move worthy of applause) did this, this is not from Bubu.... Do you realize 75% of senior custom officials are from the north? So weeding out the corrupt senior ones must lean towards that side...

P.S .... Even Bubu himself knows he is tilted towards a certain part of the country wink
Well said. Between I see this as a fray to debunk his claim that he is only after some certain people but won't be surprise the vacant positions will still be occupied by his kins men and the whole thing will go back to square one
