When you marry money, that's just about what you'll show to the world.
She will never know what it's like to be thrown around in bed by a six pack tall niggg, unless she pays for it.

Politics / Re: Nairalanders, FG, Nigerians Owes Linda Ikeji, Dokpesi And Others An Apology by wytecat: 11:00am On Dec 22, 2015
Your 5 minutes of shame is well noted. What next? Why don't you go and tender the apology of your life to those you think are deserving of it and get more share of the loot for the trash written here. I get it, you are in real estate, Linda bought the house from someone close to you and the loot trickled down to you and you lost your mind. You might be right if you also think that seizing Linda's house may call for you and your shady business partners to return the commission made from the sale.

APODA, what specific job did Linda do for hundreds of millions? The responses you got from Nigerians are natural because the job she may have done is not worth the money paid to her, and she has some explaining to do. The owner of nairaland even said "no blogger can get more than N200k from the politicians" and "few millions from Apc/Pdp" is still short of where a Billion came from. I said a Billion because you have to have a Billion to buy half a Billion home. So why can't you wait for her to either be questioned and set free or or face the law?

The good Lord just have to kill all you corrupt souls off for this country to move forward, until then get your neck out of Linda thigh clip to save your little dignity left.

You just broke the rule you accused others of breaking by saying Nigerians reactions are "vendettas" and "pull her down mentality ". How much do you know about her to say she's self made?

Btw, you are abusive to Nigerians who expressed their God given right to opine in your post.

aasog1:
There is something paradoxical about the average Nigerian and most Nairalanders, we all want to be rich, successful, yet we hate on those who are blessed and prospering. We daily exhibit this flaws by cheering the downfall of our celebrities and politicians.

To be candid, even if Linda had collected money from PDP or APC, would anyone of us have declined such offer? This is a question we should all ask ourselves, and besides, there is a difference between getting paid for a 'political campaign service' and 'corruption', and it seems APC members are missing this points; in our anti-corruption war, there seems to be no evidence of decorum. Even, men who carried out Ponzi Schemes in America were accorded due process - and some even got away without jail sentences.

The pull-her-down mentality of everyone on Nairaland when it came to the Linda Ikeji rumor was so sadistic and alarming, and I am beginning to Agree to FFK that this government is sadistic, and its supporters (I am a staunch APC) members are more sadistic. I want a government that would persecute corrupt politicians, not go after business men and women because of their 'Political Affiliation.' Once more, I am APC, and would never ever become a PDP, but what's wrong if I collect payments for services rendered to PDP politicians irregardless of where the payment was made from? And that brings to mind, if GEJ had won a 2nd term, what would be the fate of Tinubu, Amaechi and our esteemed Minister BRF? The war against corruption is mandatory, but it shouldn't wear the mask of vendetta.

I think Nairalanders owe this self-made lady, Miss Ikeji a sincere apology, and Mr. Seun Osewa could simply open thread where he apologized for his Mods pushing a 'sheer slander' and 'rumor' and breaking Rule 8. Don't post false information on Nairaland.
Lets not forget why we voted APC into power - is it to hate on successful people because of their political tint, or because we want a better Nigeria?

I advocate a re-set to the war on corruption. The EFCC should do a thorough investigation before making arrests (ONLY to eventually settle for Bail Money and inconclusive trial), and Mr. Buhari PR team should have thorough evidence before putting stuff on the social biosphere. My take...I could use constructive and not abusive opinions.

Bird poop is already big and in use for luxury facials. I think it's flamingo poop, but not sure which of the birds.

I'm not surprised, when some people are already removing their ribs to become beautiful.

Very soon some people would soon start applying children poop to their face just to look beautiful

But then, you can just help but admire the beauty of our women sometimes.

These folks are funny. They became "Igbo" less than 50 years ago. Prior to that, they were eboe, aboe, ebo, eebo, and ibo. Yet they want to claim everything with "Igbo". grin

Hope you know that none of these is in ijebu igbo?

The first picture is the late Ile Afirukere gboye's in Ijebu Ode.

The second is balogun's also in Ijebu Ode.

The third is Wasiu's house also in Ijebu Ode.

And the 4th picture is Limelight hotel Ago iwoye.
AshiwajuFoward:

Abegi make we hear word. There are edifices in the same Ijebu you all trying to run down that are worth more than your entire village. No be the same Abia we all know? Ogun state is bigger than Anambra, Imo, and Abia combined so don't come here and talk rubbish. We all know how under-developed you all are down there so make we hear word. The same Ijebu is where the houses I attached are located.
Travel / Re: A Look Into The Hometown Of Mike Adenuga !!! (pics ) by wytecat: 1:32pm On Dec 18, 2015
Ijebu igbo = ijebu forest

It has nothing to do with Nnewi and Anambra, and you have failed if this is the reason you changed your name from ibo to igbo. Igbo has always been a Yoruba word since the days you were first known as eebo/ebo, later ibo and now igbo. And eventually igborigbo in the nearest future.
PapaBrowne:
Interesting name. Imagine the name of a town in Amanbra called Nnewi Yoruba.

@Op, ijebu igbo is NOT the second biggest town in ogun state. Both ijebu ode and Sagamu are bigger, even Ago iwoye is bigger than ijebu igbo.

Rich people from ijebu igbo live and do their businesses in ijebu ode. Senator Lekan Mustapha lives in ijebu ode and has his hotel there. Mike Adenuga does more in ijebu ode(his mother's hometown) than in ijebu igbo.

I said it the moment she bought the house that it was a way to hold down loots. It's Nigeria's money and the house should be seized and others like it.

And to those saying she worked for pdp, this is from Nigeria's coffer and was not appropriated for. Efcc should check the market value of the work she did, if any, sell off the house, freeze her account and pay her the fair comparable. We all know how much forums and blogs charge per Ad and it's a good place to start. Buhari has to bring all the money back.

The world are not going to be part of the election, Americans are who are supporting him will.
Matthewbriggs:

I am not doubting the fact that his supporters support him nor that the democrat are using it for politics. But it would be misguided to say the world supports him even when Isreal the closest allies of the republican have come out to disassociate them self from that statement. France, Uk, the middle east and sane Americans and even his fellow republicans have disassociated them self.

The polls conducted are they a reflection of what the world is saying?

Which world is against Trump? Maybe some democrats! Even the democrats are just using it for politics. I don't trust any of them. Have you seen his poll? His poll has shot up, still in the lead and by double digits. The white people I know like what he's saying but are too cowardly to agree with him publicly, but the poll tells you everything you need to know.

It's easy, if you don't want the development tolling of roads would bring, just head to the remotest villages with your bikes or horses. Atlanta north buckhead toll collection just ended last October as a campaign promise from Nathan Deal after 20years. The toll road contributed to the economic growth of Atlanta.

Ooni is NOT the paramount ruler of Yorubaland Alafin oyo is and that's what most people know and believe. This may be the reason why Alafin is always on the side of Yoruba interest while ooni is not. Below is the verdict when next you are in doubt.
Femolacaster:

Pls, can u enlighten us more, on how alaafin is the official father of yoruba? Most people in and outside naija rever ooni stool as the highest in yoruba land. It has been trashed out here too and Bisi Akande wrote about it.
