Yes, well water, and it properly treated. I don't think this issue is water related.

No sir, she was not bitten by any insect.
Thnx sir

BabaRamota1980:
A skin sensitivity to foreign object, like lotion, cream, soap, water, insect bite and so on will give rash and sensation that can turn to blisters if not promptly attended to. This usually is result of surface contact.

What I see here looks like rash or blisters on the scalp, but I am cautious to conclude that because it also looks like it could be under the skin tissue.

Was something rubbed in her hair? Was her scalp stung by an insect? In case of a sting the venom could have penetrated below the skin and into the blood/tissues.

If this was a mere skin surface disturbance I could support local treatment at home. This situation is more than just a skin surface irritation. Therefore I advise you consult doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment.

If you prefer traditional medicine, and live in Yorubaland, there are people called Elewe Omo, you can find their stalls in many markets, take her there. They will inspect her and tell you if they have a treatment, if not they have specialists in their network they can refer her to.

Dont waste time or treat this situation mildly. If she cant sleep at night then she is already suffering.

Now, let me say this generally, venom bites from nocturnal insects or animals usually fight the body at nocturnal times. I believe something, a night creature stung her.

Get care and relief for her immediately.

My daughter had a similar infection few months ago. Also came down to her neck and back. We went to hospital, but they could not really detect the exact cause. She was initially placed on some antibiotics that didn’t give much results. We took her to another doctor, who placed her on some antihistamine creme and some bath lotion. It’s cleared now. Though she still scratch her head occasionally. I would advise you take her to the hospital preferably a Dermatologist. Hoping this info is useful

This is a species of Acalypha wilkesiana popularly called ewe eela in Yoruba .

Used for curing body rashes in children below the age of 5 years ..

Some drink it but it's best you use it to bath the child ..

Why not try that?

Yes, she's been on ampiclox since morning.

bongila:
@Op someone suggested you take the Child to the hospital and you are looking for home remedies.
High fever in kids can break down their immune system faster than anything. Why not seek medical attention even as you are looking for home remedies that way you have the best of both worlds.
For starters, get some antibiotics (ampiclox) or have a pharmacist recommend something else to use. With proper management, it will go soon. Kisses to the little one, such a discomfort boils can bring.
HealthRe: Please Help Diagnose This Scalp Disease (Disturbing Photos) by xavuv(op): 6:21pm On Jan 13, 2020
She's been on amploclox since morning

Ganjafama:
An antibiotic should be able to dry up those boils. Amplicox syrup (Beecham) is best since she's a kid.

Some properties are acquired with dubious means, killing your own brother just because you want to take over his properties ..I always advice people ask questions before paying for that new apartment. Observe the compound very well go there on a neutral ground without the agent ask questions ' abeg the person weh stay here before why him park ' from there you a advice yourself.
What questions would you ask mbok?

Did the landlord killed his brother?

FamilyRe: Has Your Wife Ever Slapped You? What's Your Reaction? by xavuv: 10:58am On Dec 22, 2019
I dont know sha. Me and my wife blow eachother very well, strong ones o, at any part of the body EXCEPT the face. I give her blow she gives me back.

We do rough play alot almost on daily basis sha. We play rough even in front of our kids, even our kids nodey look our side again when we start our rough play.

We chase ourselves around in our house and sometimes in our compound(we dont have neighnours ,and its fenced). It has always been like that since our school days sha.

My wife has never slaped my face sha oo,doing rough play or not. I hope she will never do that. This is what is obtained in my family.

Your wife slapping your face is what is obtained in yours. I guess that should not be a big deal.

Is this your first slap from her? If yes, then pls let it slide.

Has she always been aggressive?, If yes, that too can be managed.

Is she the dominant type? If yes, then there is a litttle bit of issue here.

Talk to her firmly, let her know that she should not repeat it again.

Success02:
For the first time ever in my life, my wife slapped me twice. You want to know my reaction?

Honestly I was surprised to see my wife slapped me. I thought within myself what could have warranted it.

On Saturday, we went for a party which I was reluctant to attend but I did because I wanted to please my wife. I did all I could to make her happy and to make her feel good but as much as I did, she flared up when I left to ease myself.

She complained that I went with a girl which was not so. To cut the story short I left the party without my wife and we kept distance for some days. Every instructions I gave to my wife since then she would just do it reluctantly and when I needed to get to her office after work so that we could go home together, I would just see that she was not there. when I got back home I decided to get spare key so as to return home from work without waiting for her, I asked her for the spare and she started raising voice on me. I reacted as a man and all of a sudden I got the first slap followed by the second one. Though I didn't react because I don't know what to do.

My question is what will be your reaction if you happen to be in my shoes?

You made sense with your post.
Op's post made NO sense at all.

Ginaz:
Some people will just come and be writing rubbish . That’s how you give men the right to just do anyhow things and get away free.

Which man in his right senses would watch his girlfriend grow up with him with no dreams of her own or even if the lady doesn’t have dreams, he can’t build her up? That means the guy doesn’t care anyway and he is just using the girl for sex.

Girls I would advise you to follow men who have visions, aspirations and a future cos even if you were the most dumbest girl in the whole world, their dreams would rub off on you to make you become better.

Na only empty and wicked boyfriends na fit do that . They are building their lives , they know the girl isn’t making any steps to build hers but would hang around, f***k her for years only to dump her like a trash. If she didn’t have plans, why not leave her ? Why hang around and use her and dump her? It’s very painful .

There is no excuse whatever in the planet that justifies that. It’s very painful and I sympathize with any lady facing this situation.

The man simply would have left her since she wasn’t good enough than to dump her at the last minute.

Simple as ABCD and E

Teaching job is the best for a wife.
She leaves 7am and comes back by 2:30pm

She can use 1hr to rest or sleep, after which she enters the kitchen and prepare something for the family.

During holidays, she will be at home all through.
Wives/mothers should be home anything 4PM, not all these nonsense Carrer ladies that will be having board meetings even as late as 6PM.
Having a teacher as a wife and mother is bae.
All ye NCE and B.Edu girls, I'm coming for you..
