Businesses thrive when driven by passion, so, establishing a business she does not have a thing for won't make it a success. She should own it right from conception until it birth. You may however stand by her side (for advice and financial support) to help her through the stages. This is not insecurity it’s just practicality. I don’t agree with the person or those who are against corporate jobs but it depends on what the job entails, like I said if you have to chase business for the company e.g marketing account officer....it’s a no because that’s exposes her to male predators!
