grin grin grin

See u disco danced all over the place and even came close to the answer but as usual disco danced away from a simple 2 word answer.

In ur place I would have also done the same grin grin grin
And the same for almost all humans.

We don't see the truth not becz we don't want too but becz we over complicate it with unrelated mumbo jumbo.

Anyways the answer is human mind.
The answer came through my mind several times but I brushed it off. Its simplicity made me doubt it.

Analysis this and tell me ur opinion

( analyse it logically and for a moment forget ur a conditioned human being, best consider urself a oversized baby with a blank mind grin )

1.For all practical purposes as long as humans exists , so will (concept of) god/religion, the day all humans cease to exist so will all the concotations / imaginations of human minds (correct or wrong ?)
Correct.
If all human were to die today and another were raised in our stead, they would naturally create another religion to fill that void in human lives. Of course their religion will be different from what we have today but it will still bear some core similarities.
2. If u look around , everything from living things to non living things , be it at quantum level, be it at cosmological level , everything follows a set of patterns - a set of rules , even chaos is deterministic.

Then why should there be a break ( ie existence of god etc ) in the general scheme of things of the whole universe ?
This question, I guess, is for religious folks. But you should understand that religion was created when men had little understanding of our universe. The Sunset, Sunrise, Rainfall and whatnot were associated with higher power. What they couldn't understand is that everything followed a pattern. Human cell started from Single cellular to multi-cellular. Human wasn't manufactured in a day. It took billions of years for this to happen. In fact, human being have some chemical makeup that can be found in sun, moon, rocks etc.
3. A significant portion of humanity came and went away without the blessings of present day god's ( in human evolution scale the arrival of the modern day gods is a very recent event grin )

So have they been deprived of the blessings of heaven and hell or well god forgave them because he/she was late in his arrival and grace to humans grin

What do u think god slept too long ?
Most Abrahamic religious adherents tend to say that they would be forgiven because they weren't alive to hear the "gospel." But some cruel religious folks will tell you point blank that they would roast in hell fire forever because they weren't so lucky God didn't send his begotten son to them.

4. Let's come back to our time line ,
1.the fight between the religious adherents of different religions and
2.the fight among the adherents of the same religion
3.the fights inbetween

Is it a trait among humans only trying to prove their god stronk?

Or does the fight extend among the different gods too ?
If yes have u (we) seen it ?
If no why have u (we) not seen it ?
And Why should gods not fight among themselves rather than letting his minions do all the blood shedding in lieu of large no of virgins , better seat placement during judgement day etc grin
Human has always find excuses to fight. We create different religions so we could fight with others who worship different god(s) from us.
If we get too comfortable with our own fellow religious folks then we create another sub-religion. You just need to come to Nigeria to marvel at the hundreds of version of that religion. All with different belief system. Even Jesus would be surprised grin grin grin
And most importantly how do u look at the concept of time ?
Time is the hardest concept of all. I don't know whether it is an illusion or just at it is. Whether the concept of time machine will always be a product of sci-fi fantasies. Do you think we can go back and forth in time? Honestly, what do you think of time?
Answer these , later I will give the disco dancing theory grin

This is fun grin grin grin
grin grin grin

Anas09:
Sir, i am a Christian who believes my life is a Trust to me, so can not do with it however i please. I believe following the instructions of God written in the Bible keeps me safe both here and hereafter. I believe a kingdom awaits me when i'm done here and can only access that Kingdom by meeting up with the criteria of Love, which comes by accepting the Love offered to me by Jesus Christ, without which, i can't be a partaker of that Kingdom, So sir, pls tell me what i stand to loose when i close my eyes in death and discover the much expected Kingdom does not exist. If there's no Hellfire of Heaven, what will i lose?
Well, technically once we are dead stuffs like that wouldn't matter just like they didn't before we were born. It is just nothingness...
Well, let me begin by saying, depression can not happen to any Child of God who has the Holy Spirit inside of them and maximizes His blessedness. The reason is because, depression is a spirit and two opposing spirits can not cohabit the same host. The very first thing that happens to believer when the Holy Spirit steps into his/her life is unexplainable Joy and peace. There's no way that experience can be put to words. Jesus knows that the world is full of tribulation and situations that causes discouragement, hence; He said, Come unto me..., He came back as the Spirit the comforter. Every Spiritually sensitive and aware Christian knows that we don't belong here that is why the world hates us. We have a Kingdom and if we feel comfortable here, we'll loose sight of our Kingdom, so we can't be burdened by the things of the world and when we don't have them, we kill ourselves as a result.
Again, I repeat depression can happen to anyone regardless of the God(s) you worship or how many times you pray in a day. Just that religion seems to be a better copping mechanism in third world countries. In better organised ones, they have therapist and Support Groups for that. And if you continue saying that depressed Christians do not have enough holy spirit in them that is why they are depressed then you are really insensitive. Cos it just takes one sad incident to send a healthy human mind into that slippery slope of depression. For instance, take a woman full of "Holy Spirit" who then lost her husband and children in a road accident. She will naturally be depressed if she doesn't get good help and support from loved ones.

But, most Christians also make the mistake of Misdirecting their focus by taking it off God and placing them on men hence, setting themselves up for a great fall. Our Hope comes from God alone.
Our hope rest on our shoulders alone. Although there are some things that are beyond our control, hence, it is left to us to accept the things we cannot change, change the things that we can and be able to tell the difference between the two.
Some don't know how to pray, they take their Wills to God for approval when they should have asked God what His will for them is. God will never answer or do our will, it's either we do as He Wills or leave yourself vulnerable to the attacks of Satan by discouragement and doubt.
Since you religious folks claim God(s) know(s) our minds, then it shouldn't matter how we pray, our prayer should be answered anyway. BTW, the reality is that prayer solves no real problem, it may give you rest of mind to stop worrying about it, but it will never solve it. Which is why when your religious leaders want somethings like new house, new and bigger churches, cars etc. they ask sheeples to contribute monies. But when sheeples need stuffs, they tell them to pray. If prayer were the answer, Nigeria not China will be the best country in the world.

Atheism is now organized in groups and have support groups too. I go to Reddit and see them dropping links to support groups for those contemplating suicide, yet they still kill themselves.
The ignorant stereotypes of exaggerating suicides by atheists belongs to the junk. Their are millions of atheist in this world today with very sane minds.
Have you ever heard the word Hope? Hope is what believers in Jesus have. Every Jesus believing Christian has the hoping of living eternally with Jesus at death, why kill myself when i know i will die anyways?
We know that our lives on earth are a Trust and a Test, hence; we live it cautiously knowing we'll hand it over some day and account for how we used it.
Hope is good but when based on religious narcissism is bad.
Have you ever asked yourself genuinely that 'what if your religion is the wrong one?'
There are thousands of religions in this world today but yours is the 'right one'. Well lucky for you!
Trust me, to you what i just said is Rocket Science becos it just flew above your head.
It is not surprising to me. You are only 'high' on your religion. Just like a weed smoker would praise his weed over other's.

You mean i don't use my brain now that i'm Christian? How? Do you mean if you and i sat for an examination you'd make better grades than i because you are an atheist and me a Christian? Or if we worked in the same establishment and are given tasks to perform you'd do better then i because you are an atheist? hahahahahaha.
pls don't make me laugh. Do you really believe it when you are told you are smarter than a Christian?
I don't mean it that way. But the truth is the illusion called religion will definitely affect your brain and how you see the world. It is like an opium that gives you a limited narcissistic view.
Pls explain to me what you mean by mental slavery.
It is the worst form of slavery. It is a bondage of the mind, worst still the people in it don't know or refuse to accept the fact. When the colonialists came to Africa, they stole our resources and gave us religion. "Touch not the anointed!" they say. Obey! Conform!! Do not question!!! White missionaries are stealing from you but they say "touch not the anointed." Your pastors is stealing from the church and sleeping with church members but "Touch not the anointed!"

What is reality? You described the unfairness of Life here as though Life has power of it's own to create situations that are unfavourable. Is life a living force?
What makes life unfair?
How will Shekau who has killed thousand of people still be alive today but a couple with just an only child lose their child in a tragedy?
Justice makes life fair!
Destiny talks about a 'destination', and destination talks about the future and the future talks about targets and Hope. Without a purpose we can not begin to talk about destinations.
What is the destination of an atheist on earth? You believe you are like animal or a flower which is here today but tomorrow, can be gone leaving no memories behind.
Well that is the simple truth of life and more reason why we should make best of what we have right now.
If we are just chemicals with no reason to live in the first place, why strive or thrive to be anything at all?
We should strive for life not just for ourselves but for others too because we are part of the lucky few who get too live. Their are trillions of human who could have been in your place today but here you are. You should appreciate life and know that you are one of the lucky few.
Sir, maybe i shd outline the benefits of my being a Christian to you so that you can tell their negatives or how they are detrimental to me, hence; dissuade me from pursuing the life i'm currently pursuing as a Christian.
There is nothing special about Christianity. I am not trying to dissuade you from your religion. I don't do that. I just enjoy this sort of intellectual arguments.
What you gave to me as benefits are nothing to go by, as I have never failed an exam before. i'm not boasting here, but i have never sat for any exams and get called back for a resit, never. I have never sat for an interview and was not called to resume work. And, i'm not an atheist.
Again nothing special. There are billions of atheists or non-christians who have had better luck. Some people didn't even go through the stress of interview before they got job.
If you truly believe that you are smarter because you are an atheist, well... Wow.
I don't even see myself that way.

But no hell for me , becz I get the virgins grin grin grin

I will post it later, it's my own theory it will blow u away grin

First answer this

where is the abode of God or whatever ?

And what is the thing which makes all impossible possible ?

Hint : Both answers r interrelated
grin grin grin
For me, God, as the three Abrahamic religions portray him, is human which is why he has all human attributes. And he resides in the sky, at least that is what the religious books say about him.

The thing that makes all thing possible is probably the human trait of never giving up no matter how enormous the challenge seems.

I guess human imagination too can be the answer to that question.

Anas09:
Hahahahahahaha. It's unfortunate that religion does not help people and atheism does abi? why are all atheist depressed and anticipating suicide and actually kill themselves?

Okay, Seun, pls tell me what i will stand to again if i become an atheist.
Depression can happen to anyone regardless of your age, sex, skin colour or the god(s) you pray to. That atheist tend to commit suicide, as a result of depression, more than religious folks just goes to show that atheist don't have the psychological and sociological cushion religious folks enjoy in organised religions. It is not rocket science. Support Groups in advance societies can conveniently replace the job of religion in this area.

What will you stand to gain if you abandon religion for reason?
Well, for starters you begin to use more of your brain.
You will be freed from shackle of mental slavery.
You will truly understand that life itself is unfair and it is the duty of every human to make it better for everyone.
You will understand and better accept reality as it is.
Most importantly, you will understand that our destiny is shaped by the choices we make, although reality dictates that somethings are beyond our control but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try.

what I specifically love about the Senegalese is their procurement policies. if you follow, then you'll notice that they are not just rushing to get high end equipment so fast..... instead they are working on getting the necessary foundational skills and experience first.

if you look at their acquisition process for the past two years you'll see that they ACTUALLY have a really good plan.

Air Force
2x C295 transport planes (logistics)
4x mil Mi-24/35 (attack)
4x aero vodochy L-39 Albatross (trainer & attack)

Navy
6x KCR 60 FAST ATTACK CRAFT
(attack)
1 Tarmac class Landing platform dock
(logistics)

(Air defence)
ground master air surveillance radar to be integrated with their existing Skyview air defence network system.

all within the space of two years. it seems they actually learnt something during the Gambian invasion.
Remember Nigeria brought a warship to their doorstep why also overflying their domain (not airspace) with alpha jet. I believe they are trying to prevent a repeat of that.

I won't be surprised if I hear they ordered for MiGs, JF-17 or any other fourth generation fighter jets before 2020. (though in small quantity)
@the bolded.
Nigeria entered their airspace with their permission. Stop making a tornado out of a tea cup.

The Senegalese are really moving forward sha, they seem to have a clearcut procurement policy.

Every single government worker is insured, from health insurance to life insurance. The health insurance even covers your immediate family members. A lot of government workers use this to make money by exaggerating their ailment.
Once a military personnel dies, after the record of service of the deceased has been processed, payment will be made to the next of kin strictly based on the last promotion of such person. Sometimes it may take a while but government always pay it debt.
