Nowhere in my earlier post did I claim there are more criminally-wealthy people than clean ones because nobody can make that claim. My point is that whatever a dumb person do(crime or not), there is very little chance of them attaining wealth.
And the poverty-stricken people calling Nina dumb should hide their head in shame because

Many convicts worldwide would be elated if you can just wave your faster than light justice wand for them

Yes, a judge has the power to make any ruling. It is not uncommon for a
convict to fight and lose a retrial battle, then give up. It is not like a lawyer just
shows up in court and ask the judge to free his client because he found new evidence.
