A quorom is just one-third of members.
APC definitely have more than 30% members in the assembly.
And as for the two-thirds, it is the two-thirds of those present not the total members.

None of what you listed above is a crime or a trample on the constitution.
Anybody who feels "abused" can sue for damages.

However, a governor usurping the house of assembly functions, then firing and appointing
his own special lawmakers is very close to a treasonous act.
It is none of Fubara's business whatever happens in the house of assembly
but he thinks he is an emperor who can do anything.

Another case of political interference.
The case shouldn't have been withdrawn.

It was bad when Makinde was blowing hot fire and it is bad now
that he made a U-turn.

Makinde goofed by turning the issue to a personal vendetta
rather than let it be between the police, prosecutors and the suspects.

He even went ahead to charge them with murder even though no competent prosecutor
would level such charge given the circumstance unless forced by political power.

In any case, the spurious charge of murder would have been thrown out by the court at the end of the day.

I guess Makinde want to avoid embarrassment by withdrawing the case earlier or
it is starting to affect his political future.

That is because private companies are in charge of drilling and they sell at international price
before Dangote and they repatriate their profit as dollar.
Even Nigeria's budget is pegged to the dollar price of oil.

To sell in Naira without issues, the government should take over some oil blocks,
drill its own oil and then sell to Dangote in Naira.
