Nobody swears an affidavit to decamp.
In fact, an affidavit is completely useless in party defection.
It is like an candidate who neither write WAEC nor UTME swearing an affidavit to have been admitted to a

There are specific steps to defect from a party, it starts with officially resigning from the current party

alleged affidavit in court.

At this point, Fubara has nothing to negotiate with.
If they attend the meeting, Fubara will read it as a sign of weakness.

He ignored supreme court orders and at the same time wants to
control the assembly members he hasn't officially recognised.

The assembly members are under no obligation to answer him,
it is not part of their constitutional duties.

The fact is any sexual offense outside rape is treated as minor issue in Nigeria.

Only Channels could reasonably sue in such case.

I am not saying the Real Estate company in this case can't sue but they will lose
